The family run Craig-Ard Hotel is situated in the centre of Llandudno, 5 minutes’ walk from the pier and seafront. Free private parking is available, and many shops, bars and restaurants can be found within a 5-minute walk.

PARKING

Located right in the heart of Llandudno town. Great for a short stopover as it's a one minute walk to the Pier, beach and restaurants. Due to the location, there is invariably no street parking available during the day. On arrival , I simply drove around the block , towards the back of the property , and took a side street which led to a signed parking area for the hotel. Simply park the car (PHOTO ATTACHED) and access front reception, through the back gate and around the right side of the building. Reception will then advise which number parking spot to use. Cars will be blocked in, but the owner will know who's using their cars and who's checking out first.

Enjoyable Craig-Ard Guest House

Arrival to the Craig-Ard Guest House on 3 Arvon Avenue, Llandudno was greeted with cheers from our Hostess, Amy. Prompt checkin, rooms were not ready so bags secured while we headed out. When we returned Amy directed with a gracious smile to our guest room. Very clean room, nice closet and shelves. Amy asked each of us the breakfast that we would like such as eggs, toast white or wheat, sausage and or bacon, tea or coffee. As a US Citizen just wanted mention there is no A/C, no issues with me with the elevated window remained opened my entire stay. There is a wonderful area in the front lawn area with chairs to sit and visit with others or meet for heading out to tour wonderful Llandudno. Those that might travel by auto, there are available spaces directly behind the guest house.

Welcomed with open arms

From the moment we arrived Amy welcomed us to her home with a beaming smile. Nothing was too much trouble and I feel this is a hidden gem. So beautiful. Comfy beds and a decent hearty breakfast to keep us going!

Lovely Stay at Craig-Ard Llandudno

Found it at the very last minute, hotel was fully booked but comes available after someone cancelled their booking. I phone the owner Amy and she was very helpful. Upon check-in we were given full info on the hotel, breakfast was taken on the spot and cooked to the perfection. Parking are limited based on first come first served but you might have to move your car if there is someone is leaving. We found Amy is very helpful and care what she does.

Not a relaxing experience

Amy was very caring and helpful. She was always asking so many questions which was very tiring. She insisted on reading the breakfast menu which made it all very tiring and a very long procedure. Rooms were not automatically refreshed each day again with lots of questions.
