Fab welcoming hotel

Wee gem of a place. I stayed when down for Welsh snooker open and actually extended my trip. Warm welcoming people at hotel and that’s important to me being a solo traveler. Will defo be back next year if not before it. Excellent food too.

Avoid with families

Arrived at the hotel which looked like it had the drunk community of Llandudno outside. Stayed for 4 nights, no bins were emptied or rooms tidied. Asked for some coffee refills, the lady behind the bar said she was too busy to get them.
Bathroom was mouldy.
Regularly smelt of weed when arriving/leaving the hotel.
Avoid.

Complete Nonsense. We have a bar and restaurant on the ground floor and sometimes people sit outside especially if the weather is good. As your cleaning the rooms or bins we do stays every day and these are checked daily - bathroom mouldy i would like to see evidence of this if you can provide by email. Thanks

Great central location

Stayed here for a weekend away with the wife and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received from the friendly staff. Our room was number 7 which was a spacious double room with a double bed and a single bed, ensuite toliet and shower with two chairs, tea / coffee making facilities in the room. The wall mounted tv was great with a perfect picture and we had a lovely view of the Church from our window. The room was clean, tidy and smelled fresh. Fresh towels were ample along with free bathroom shower gel and conditioner. Free good steady Internet was available from the hotel which was perfect for us. The bed was really comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is centrally located just off the main promenade and is close to all amenities. We visited the bar in the hotel were they had a good choice of draught beers, ciders and a great choice of spirits. This Hotel is a budget hotel, centrally located with clean comfortable rooms and friendly helpful down to Earth honest staff who genuinely wish you the very best stay. Parking like everywhere in Llandudno is a challenge but there are ample free public parking spaces close by. Overall a good value
