Amazing location

The location was amazing and the receptionist Chaker (and the nox hotel staff) extremely friendly. We had a great experience and would always come back!

Rude attitude of the front desk staff

Very rude, aggressive and unprofessional front desk staff. No way to find the hotel manager if you want to. Horrible place, avoid it at any cost.

Poor cleanliness and a very small room

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights from July 27 to August 2. The sheets were never changed and the bed was never shaken out of hair and fur for our entire stay. We were only given one terry cloth shower towel each to do everything with: intimate areas, hands, and shower. The air conditioning could not be adjusted independently by using the thermostat in the room: you either kept it on (very cold) or you kept it off. There were no bedside lamps on the nightstands and you necessarily had to keep the central light on above your head. The TV only and exclusively features English channels. The double bed is a French-style bed, which means it is only a few cm wider than a queen-size bed and it is cramped for two people. In the room, instead of a closet, there was a very small and insufficient (for two) cabinet and no possibility of eating while seated except on the bed, given that there was a tiny desk in the corner between the door and the wall. With only one chair.
The room is very small
On the other hand, the tidy and quiet area is valuable, as is the strategic location between Queensway, Lancaster Gate, Paddington, and Bayswater.

Awful, disgusting service! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I cannot discourage you enough from staying here. This review is NOT about the reception staff, Sanjana was so kind and accommodating but the manager is cruel, and doesn’t care about the safety of his guests. This was my third stay and the first 2 were fantastic but last night was hell on earth.
Last night I left my room and could not get back in, reception was closed and all of the listed ‘emergency numbers’ claimed they had nothing to do with the hotel. After 2 hours on booking.com, they managed to get a hold of the manager who point blank refused to come to the hotel despite my offering to pay the ‘£100 security fee’ twice/double, anything he needed. He refused and never came, leaving me locked out, in pyjamas in the rain on a rough street in the middle of London. He had no consideration for my safety and highlighted the unsafe environment of the hotel, the side front door is open and available for anyone to walk in and out, no emergency contacts are available and no one is monitoring the cameras.
After 3 hours of booking.com senior managers debating with him and him eventually refusing, I was left after midnight in my sleepwear to find an alternative hotel and walk there in the rain. I also had to rebook my train as the reception did not open until after my scheduled departure.
The worst part of it all, due to his lack of cooperation, booking.com refunded my final nights stay and he has had the cheek to lie and dispute it and ask for them to pay him again!
This is a place to stay but it is unsafe and will leave any traveller vulnerable. Disgusting service and no hospitality. Awful!!

Normal. Few pretensions.

Great neighborhood. Accessible on the road. Room too small. Sheets changed every day. Good location 10 min from metro
