Location A very nice option for those who like to be on the move! Hotel «Assembly House Hotel» is located in London. This hotel is located in the very center of the city. Before going to bed, you can walk around the main landmarks of the city. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel. Places nearby: Garrick Theatre, Leicester Square and La Seigneurie.

Good Experience - Surprisingly Quiet
We had a triple room as we were traveling with our daughter. The room was surprisingly good size although the pull-out bed was not that comfortable. We had a view of the London Eye from our room which was awesome. The Bathroom was an okay size, the shower is very large and the rest of bathroom is not as big. The location is great and it was actually quiet at night for sleeping. We were happy with our stay here.

Lovely stay
The location of this hotel is amazing, could not fault the location as so many places are nearby. The staff were friendly on entry and checkout. Very disappointed that no one made us aware that the rooftop restaurant/bar was under refurbishment. This would have been nice to have been told on arrival as we went up there to find a building site! The rooms were clean, the showers were nice and perfect for a short stay.

Great views and location overshadowed by persistent sewer smell in room
The location is excellent literally steps from the underground station, and the rooftop restaurant offers a beautiful view. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our room had a strong sewer smell coming from the shower and sink drains. The first night was particularly difficult, and even with the bathroom door closed, the odor was overwhelming when opened.
I reported it to the staff, and maintenance attempted a fix while we were out, but the smell returned quickly. The hotel and surrounding ones were fully booked, so we couldn’t change rooms. We managed to reduce the odor by keeping the drain covered with a wet towel for the rest of our stay.
Additionally, the pillows were thin, lumpy, and uncomfortable. Great location and kind staff, but the room conditions need improvement.

Terrible stay
While the location is centrally located, the service and hotel itself was lack luster. AC was broken and room was 29c. No phone, no TV in room. Went downstairs and I request maintenance and no one showed up after an hour. Went back to request assistance and no one at the front desk and security couldn’t help. Went couldn’t check out without the front desk agent who never showed up. Another team member showed up but said he was front another property and couldn’t really help us.
Ended up booking another hotel down the street and left after only having the room for 7hours

top location
Second time in this hotel and I confirm the good review of the previous time. The location is the high point, next to the National Gallery, China Town and Picadilly, close to the big ben, the giant wheel, a few theaters, the Convent Garden and even the Royal Palace, if you like to walk. Reception with a young but helpful staff. The room is simple, having not even a TV, but the enxoval and the bed are of good quality. Leicesteur Square Metro Station is 100 yards from the entrance. The room I stayed in is called "modern room" and has a small sofa, which improves circulation and access to luggage (I strongly suggest choosing this room, although a bit more expensive). Bathroom well tight. Since the goal in London is to move around the city and not get stuck in the hotel, it is well worth it.
