Lacks some very basic amenities

Ample parking.
I was greeted at reception by Caitlin who recognised me as a Hilton Honors member. Check in was quick and the layout of the hotel explained.
My room was large and clean. Although limited with USB sockets.
My evening meal was excellent, Korean beef curry with trimmings, well done chef and team.
I was greeted at breakfast and asked my room number, and received an enjoy your breakfast comment. As I had not been to the hotel before it would have been nice to have the layout of food options and location of said explained
At checkout I reported that yhe hand basin plug in my room (224), was not staying down, and retaining water in yhe sink I had to shave with the tap running constantly, which was a waste of water especially in the recent water shortage
The receptionist made a note so hopefully a repair will be completed.
Good night's sleep, even though situated next to a busy road little noise.

Thank you Balazs for making our stay a comfortable experience!
I also want to thank the female staff member on the front desk as we experienced a power outage in our room and they promptly resolved the matter within minutes and sent someone to check.
Our room was also very nice and the breakfast was also quite lovely.
The customer service is the reason I have taken the time to right this review and would like you to pass my thanks across to Balazs and the other attentive staff members. Thanks again!
