Amazing hotel nice food, gentle staff! I loved it!

I really loved the hotel, nice rooms, enjoyable reception, I had a small problem, they did not find my reservation. I'm a tour guide from Brasil and took almost 40 people there, but the problem was solved quickly. The breakfast was my top list amazing, tasteful I really loved. Near everything, and the staff was nice and gentle. Thank you all. I hope one day I'm coming back for another great staying. ♥️

Comfy Hotel Near Wembley Sports Arena

Hotel is conveniently located between the Wembley Park and Wembley Station and the London Designer Oulet for shopping. There are lots of restaurants, coffee shop, bar and grocery stores nearby. For commuters, a subway station is a 10 minute walk and traveller’s with family, a children playground is near the eating places.
The room is small, clean, no fridge and the carpet is messy. Beddings are not replaced with my 4 days stay. The bathroom is spacious but the towels are worn out but replace daily. No intercom but the hotel has a whatsapp account responding efficiently to guests concerns.
Staffs are nice and helpful.
The hotel has a small lobby including a bar and the reception. Only one elevator is working and stops in every floor even without passengers.

Avoid !!!!!

Cancelled our reservation last minute, told us the hotel is now closed to the general public. This has ruined our child’s early Christmas present as we now can’t attend.

Ibis London Wembley was unexpectedly and temporarily closed from 29 July 2025 due to health and safety reasons. As a result, all upcoming bookings had to be cancelled, which was outside of our control. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially as you had planned your trip well in advance.

Disappointing over charging yet again because concert at Wembley, musty rooms, no air con, smelly drains it’s rated as a three star but rooms def not three star

No Review! Booking Cancelled

I would love to have left a review of my stay at hotel - however its been cancelled. Booked in Feb for an event in November. Booking.com making out they are doing me a favour for not charging me a cancellation fee.
I can only assume given that there are zero dates now available for the foreseeable that this is now being occupied by our Home Office ..... AVOID IBIS AT ALL COSTS!

Please be assured that the closure was not related to overbooking or alternative use of the property. We regret that the cancellation process through Booking.com may have given the impression otherwise, and we apologise for any confusion.
