Hospital visit.

Our visit was our second visit this year. Both times we had a warm welcome and our rooms have been clean and tastefully furnished. We had a meal in the Quarter Bar and Lounge which was good and not to expensive. All the staff and welcoming and professional.

Awesome stay

Absolutely loved this hotel, the room was perfect. Everything you needed. The staff could not be more helpful. The location is epic. Cannot wait to stay again.

Avoid this hotel next to noise from overground Underground trains

The hotel in itself is okay with nice rooms and a wellequipped bar, but the noise from 3 Underground lines running over the Ground instead of under destroyed my sleep for 2 nights. I shall not recommend it to anyone.

Great location

1st stay at this hotel and almost certainly won't be my last. I stayed in a twin room with my daughter. Room was comfortable with excellent air conditioning. One small point was that we only had 1 small bottle of shampoo and 1 of bodywash between us. I am sure we could have had more had we asked.
We arrived early and left our bags and were delighted that on our return they had been taken up to our room- a nice and unusual touch.
All the staff we encountered- on reception and in the bar- were very friendly. We didn't have breakfast as lots of options in Borough Market.
Great location- we were at a show at Menier Chocolate Factory which is less than 10 minutes away- and for this area of London excellent value.

Southwark Classic! Luxury and Service brings comfort!

My husband and I stayed at The London Bridge Hotel from June 24th through June 27th, 2026. This was during a huge heatwave in London and we were very glad to have the air conditioning in our room and great service provided by the hotel. There is not air conditioning in some of the main areas of the hotel, as is to be expected for London and older buildings. As most people will not be here during a heat wave, this will not matter to most people. The location of this hotel is a key attraction, as you are just a short walk from the London Bridge Tube and Train station, as well as Borough Market, The Shard (it towers over you at the end of the street), Southwark Cathedral, HMS Belfast, Hay's Galleria, and Southbank. It is a slightly longer, but not by too much, walk to London Bridge, All Hallows by the Tower Church, The Tower, The Monument, and all the wonders of the City of London and the Thames in this historic original part of London. Staying where the Romans first set up Londinium, but with all the luxuries a posh 21st century hotel can offer, is quite something. We had reserved afternoon tea for our first day which could not have been more perfect. Coming from the US on an overnight flight, we were graciously allowed to check into our room early, got to take a brief nap and then came down to afternoon tea for our first meal in London. The hotel bar where you are served this is quite lovely! Breakfast is served in the basement restaurant and is delicious and plentiful. Mere steps away from the hotel are many restaurants and cafes, and of course the world famous Borough Market. The staff could not have been more friendly and accomodating. Our room was cozy but full of nice things like a fridge (hidden in a credenza), some fresh fruit and water, and an attentive front desk staff to bring anything else your heart could desire. I could not recommend this hotel any more highly. It is an oasis of luxury in one of the best locations for historic London lovers to stay.
