Frustrating Disgust and feeling of being ripped off

Hotel is a tacky tourist trap it’s outdated carpet is shabby paint peeling off the wall in the room, bed is uncomfortable mattress is non existent couch in the reception area look like it’s skip find it’s battered. Staff is telling you to leave your key when ever you are going out the hotel , when we query the reason we were told that no one would trouble our things we may loose the key and would have to pay between £5 to £10 we told them we would rather pay if we loose the key than leave it. We paid £120 to spend a night in a dump. A seedy lodging, dilapidated Inn. Don’t waste your money do not book this hotel if l could give it a 0* l would is not a 2* as a matter of fact it’s no * at all.

A very good stay for the price. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was comfortable.
They had hot breakfast with limited options, and not many other options. But for the price, we was very happy with the hotel!

Good location very poor conditions and dirty

Horrible!!! The only cute thing is the street facade (all the entrances to these hotels are the same) no air conditioning, a fan that is useless, from the balcony you can enter the adjacent room if the window is open (so it could be dangerous) the mattresses are horribly old, the springs hurt, the carpet is super dirty and old, the shower is smaller than in a cruise ship cabin, about 50 cm on each side, the bedding looks old and don't even get me started on the terribly old pillows, the hotel in general looks old and dirty everywhere, plus expensive for what it is. Good location because you can walk from the Victoria metro terminal.

The rooms were clean room service was good. It does need some notable renovations. A little shabby Breakfast was fine. 24 hr Reception was great good security good Location

Seriously avoid- ignorant and dismissive to guests

The location is the only good thing. About 2 hours after we checked in a stream of water poured into our room’s from the top of the window. We checked it had been fully closed when this happened, then went to report it to the front desk. The staff member they sent down with us to check it repeatedly dismissed us saying it wasn’t inside, while mopping the puddle up from the window sill- something my partner tried to explain multiple times but was just ignored and dismissed every time. Considering that treatment, the fact you have to hand in your own room key any time you want to go outside and the clear uncleanliness and lack of security of the place, we quickly booked a different hotel and left. Since then our complaint has been completely ignored- clearly a trend considering their lack of responses to complaints on Booking.com
