Conveniently located to get into Leytonstone. The room was quite small and basic, and a little tired looking but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was simple and the staff we met were friendly. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Location wise it is 10/15 min walk from train station. Room was basic. AC was extra cost. No water given.
Carpet and bedding worn down and even basic cleaning not done.
Thin walls so can hear people walking upstairs and in adjacent rooms. Wouldnt book again.

Avoid this Hotel
Small rooms . Poor quality furniture. Curtains dirty. Mould round shower tray. Towels frayed. No fire escape details in room. Rusty plug in sink. Carpet needed vacuuming. Paid £76 for a night . Would never use again.

the room was very tired in decoration and didn’t feel clean. the bed was cheap metal frame which creaked b badly. Th bedside table was cheap metal and was wobbly, The bathroom was dated and not clean. The towels had holes in them and falling to pieces on the edges and hung on metal coat hangers on the back of the door.

Disgusting, dishonest, and dangerous — avoid at all costs
This place should not be listed as a hotel. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while traveling, and I genuinely regret not walking out the moment we arrived.
First, we were greeted by a rude, unprofessional receptionist who acted like we were a burden just for showing up. Not a great start — and unfortunately, it only got worse.
The common areas were absolutely filthy, and the room itself was in disgusting condition. We walked into a space with stained walls, stained bed sheets, and a floor that hadn’t seen a mop in weeks. There was dust everywhere — on every surface, under the furniture, even on the so-called “clean” bedding. I have a dust allergy, and I ended up having a mild allergic reaction that made the first night a nightmare. I could barely sleep or breathe properly — and this was supposed to be a cleaned room.
We seriously considered leaving immediately after check-in, and in hindsight, we absolutely should have. This place is a hostel at best, pretending to be a hotel, charging hotel prices, and delivering none of the basics.
Booking this was a complete waste of money, and honestly, a health risk in my case. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone — even for one night. It needs a complete overhaul, from staff training to hygiene standards.
Do yourself a favour: book literally anywhere else.
