Fabulous

Great location for the train station and shopping. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate. The staff on the other hand deserve more than 5 stars. Friendly , pleasant and helpful are just a few words that describe all that we met.

Brilliant stay 5 star

This hotel is gorgeous, beautifully converted the rooms are spacious and exceptionally equipped. Set accessible to all Manchester has to offer. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A hidden gem - the most perfect hotel stay!

Amazing experience from start to finish. I emailed the hotel a few weeks before staying to explain that I’ve booked it as a surprise for my partners 30th and asked if there was any way I could make it more special. They gave me a list of add ons for the room, so I added some balloons (free!) and a bottle of Prosecco for when we arrive.
When we arrived, I quickly realised we’d been given a complimentary room upgrade as well! I booked the life size room but we had been upgraded to the living space room, which was much bigger and included a lovely bath. The room was super clean and had everything you needed, and the bed was really comfortable. It was sometimes a little bit loud at night but ear plugs were provided and they did just the job!
The location was perfect - everything was very walkable including Piccadilly station which was a 7 minute walk away.
The staff were very friendly and helpful - they had a WhatsApp number to use if you needed anything and would always reply within minutes. They even gave us a late checkout with no additional fee when we asked.
Overall, we couldn’t fault the stay at all and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Manchester.
