Helpfulness of Jenny from Premier Inn.

My husband and I stayed 1 night the 11th of July. He has mobility problems and severe COPD. On arrival we found that we had been allocated a first floor room. It was a considerable walk and you had to go across an indoor walkway which was like being in a greenhouse. He had to stop several times before we even got to the room. I went back to Reception and explained the situation. A lady called Jenny was on duty she was an angel in disguise. She managed to allocate us a ground floor room near the Reception. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. She deserves an award if Premier Inn do them. Many thanks. Jane Coulton.

Predictable Premier Inn room - met my requirements.
Template menu poorly prepared, missing ingredients and overcooked.
Unable to offer cooked breakfast due to staff absence.

OK, could fo better.

The Kingfisher part of the hotel looks run down. There is no lift. The breakfast for hot food was not buffet style, it took a long time for hot food to be served, not good when you need to be somewhere st a spefic time. Our room was good with a good walk in shower. Reception staff very good.

Beds up to scratch!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn. The rooms were just as we expected and the beds as comfy as always! We ate breakfast in the restaurant which was absolutely fine. The veggie sausages were a little on the tough side and the pasty selection was limited. The staff were very friendly and there was sufficient choice for what we wanted.

Place is nice but could do with some improvement in certain areas

Location was good with minimal distracting noise. Rooms were clean but when requested to be cleaned and asked for clean towels, nothing was done. It was hot during the stay and the fan in the room was ineffective. Shower was good but basin drain was blocked and didn’t drain properly.
