Very comfy

Had a very pleasant stay in Tewdr for a couple of nights while we attended a family wedding nearby. The place was roomy, clean and nicely furnished with good kitchen/bathroom facilities etc. We were very comfortable there for the entirety of our stay, can't fault it really.

Disappointed

We visited Oundle Bespoke Apartments for New Year's eve and it will be our last visit. We had paid a £300 deposit so that we could take our dog (in addition to a £405 deep clean charge). Unfortunately the owners decided to only return £50 of the deposit as they claimed there was damage to a radiator cover which would cost £250. Not sure how my small dog could cause this damage or why the charge for a new radiator cover is so high.
We did break a plate which we immediately notified the owners about, but feel disappointed that we are now being unfairly charged for damage we weren't even aware of.

Adequate for a few days but for long term you can do better...I hope!

Holes in the sheets.Appliances not working. Sofa collapsed. One (not working) fan for the apartment. Windows painted shut. No real mirrors in the bathroom. Hidden charges, including one for a microwave, as it is considered a luxury item, like an ice cream maker. Cars grouped in front make it loud and noisy, like an American style motel. An abundance of tins and other objects scattered about to make up for these problems. No maid service due to Covid but no initiative in providing long term residents with a Hoover or mop. No attempt at taking care of back garden.
In a good location behind the Talbot.

Poor service expensive and hidden charges

We stayed as needed a break from CoViD patient care and work. The place was not CoViD secure poor practices no mask or partly warn . Contaminated all surfaces while been shown around and then took extra money off my card without my permission
Very disappointed at management when pointed these out
It’s a great location hot small poor place with poor management

Birthday Weekend

Booked one of the cottages for my birthday and we weren't disappointed it was stunning so cozy and unique I couldn't have asked for more the weekend went way too quickly can't wait to return next year.
