Amazing break for two nights. Could not fault the service we received . We stayed in a premium room absolutely fantastic . Many thanks

Stay away
Shocking experience had to change rooms twice bed sheets covered in hair dont know if human or dog hair as dogs allowed in this hotel obviously sheets not cleaned or changed air did not work charged for parking car this was not stated when booked just over all bad experience

Please accept my sincere apologies for the cleanliness issues you encountered. Finding hair on the bed linen is completely unacceptable and certainly not the standard we expect from our housekeeping team. I also apologise that you had to move rooms more than once and that the air conditioning was not working as it should.
I appreciate your comments regarding our parking charges. We do advise that on-site parking is chargeable on our booking channels, but I am sorry if this was not clear at the time of your reservation.
Your feedback has been shared with both our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams so the issues you have highlighted can be thoroughly investigated and addressed.

Pros & Cons
Location = Very good.
Room = No problems except one obvious improvement = 'Premium sea view double room' having only 1 chair & no table looking out to sea, an additional chair & small table should be added into these rooms.
Parking = At £15 per night on first come / first serve basis would deem this excessive.
Breakfast = This is where obvious attention needed = Very limited choice & poor quality, constantly running out of mugs / glasses, toaster setting wrong on a daily basis & generally very poorly organised.
The room prices are reasonable & with some proper management applied / staff training etc (specifically during the breakfast serving) things could be significantly improved.
The sister hotel (Mercure) next door is a far better option but reflected in the price difference.

Great location right on the sea front and near town centre.
Modern hotel, Great location right on the sea front and near town centre. Stayed here with friends. We had a deal £54 a night with breakfast. The room we were initially given on ground floor was boiling hot and the air con was not working. I complained and was told someone would come up and look. There was a portable fan in the room but it didn't make alot of difference as the windows wouldn't open. Within 30 mins couldn't take the heat anymore and went back down to reception. They were very sorry and moved us to the 4th floor. Much bigger room with the air con working. We were happy. It had a lovely Seaview. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The shower was good also. No fridge though. The breakfast was 7am till 10 am. The breakfast was ok, passable. Limited choice. I like fried eggs but there was only scrambled. There were continental options also. The staff on check in were good. The parking there was £15 charge for onsite. But I used my blue badge and parked in the bays outside for free. All in all enjoyed our stay.

Location fantastic -hotel basic, breakfast awful.
Positives were -Location of hotel is fantastic, right opposite beach and staff are really friendly, shower nice and warm and little cafe/bar great.
Negatives -on arrival the room given to us wasnt cleaned, the bed had long black hairs and was creased like someone had just got up, the bathroom had some thing splashed up the tiles..maybe shower gel and bin not emptied..air con not working. Spoke to reception they moved us to another room but dust was everwhere too but cleaner than the 1st one. Pillows were flat so bring your own if you like decent ones.
The breakfast was not very good, limited choice and not replenished when items were low. The cheese, ham and yoghurt and few slices of melon were on a table in the middle of eating ares and flies were on them...Save your money and eat out as lots of lovely places to get breakfast round the town.
