Great find for short stays in the area - Great value and good food; we will definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Entrance & hallway didn't look promising; clean & tidy, but a little dark with old décor & a little cold, but this made the rooms all the more surprising! They were clean & freshly decorated, cosy with everything you need. Bed was firm but comfortable. Food in the pub downstairs was excellent with some creative options for both the evening & breakfast, in a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere. Music was good too and at a sensible volume for conversation. Rooms are above the beer garden so may be noisier in the summer, but nice little touches like the disposable ear plugs in the room would help, though we didn't need them during our stay. An EV charger in the parking through the archway to the rear would have made it perfect, but there are fast & rapid chargers in the town.

Basically rooms above a pub kitchen.

Awful entrance between belching outlets from the pub kitchen. With liquids running out of somewhere across the entrance area. Steep and quite dirty carpet up very steep stairs to the rooms. Rooms small but clean. But always a presence of the smell of burnt fat from the extractors immediately below the rooms. Bizarrely the bathroom light seemed to be one of those EU bulbs where the light increases. However it didn't and I had to shower in the semi dark - a first. The light holding seemed to have a good few years worth of dead flies. Good parking if that is important.

Needs more proper meal choice

Quite alot of choice if you like burgers.
No real choice if you want a meal with any vegetables, would of liked beef cheeks but they were sold out.Which was disappointing for a friday night as it seemed the only proper meal.Ended up having 2 starters. One being pork belly,unfortunately no crispy crackling, the other the scotch egg which was flavoursome. Overall our group wouldn't rush back,with the menu as it is.
We visited the pub last autumn and all had a lovely meal. It seems the pub has recently changed hands.

The best in Pershore

Wonderful quaint inn, beautifully decorated. The food is absolutely delicious. Went for lunch, order taken quick, food arrived quick. Brilliant menu for kids too
& a Lovely garden with seating out doors for summer too, where you can have food and a drink. Bar well stocked and very friendly staff. The chef is wonderful. Highly recommend

Amazing place to stay and even better food!

Stayed here over weekend just passed with Family. Absolutely lovely little pub with extremely friendly staff. The owner Bruce was very welcoming and helpful over the phone prior to our stay, and during our stay!
Lunch was superb, a little on the expensive side however for the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff it was well worth paying for.
Dinner was even more delicious! Easily able to put in a booking for a table and service was very quick and once again very friendly. The food was amazing for both our meals. The cheesecake, not just being home-made but is so delicious it made one member of our family change his favourite dessert (Which is extremely difficult)
Only downside (For us anyway) was that the mattresses and pillows were a little hard, not enough to prevent a good nights sleep but was definitely noticeable. However nowhere near enough of a downside to in any way affect our opinion of staying here.
Would 100% stay here again and would highly, and I do mean HIGHLY, recommend anyone else looking for a place to stay in Pershore would also stay here, or even just pop in for dinner/a drink!
Huge thankyou to Bruce & Matt (And the other amazing staff, however these were the two that dealt with us more throughout our stay) for the wonderful weekend!
