An Amazing long weekend

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Greenwood Hotel & Spa and couldn’t have asked for a better experience..
From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well looked after.
The facilities were amazing, everything was beautifully presented and maintained. It was the perfect place for us to relax, unwind and enjoy some quality time together..
What really stood out was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay.
We had such a brilliant time and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Greenwood Hotel & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.
A huge thank you to the whole team..

Superb for that special event

Had a family event here for a group of 20+ that was magnificent. The hotel was very well kept and service always came with a smile.
The food was top quality although some of it was cold but still tasted good.
Not all rooms have air conditioning but given the historical age of the place that’s not surprising. They give you one table top fan which just doesn’t cover the temperature of the 2026 summer.
All in all a great place for a special function.

Amazing

After staying, dining, having various functions at Greenwoods, including a wedding over the past 19/20 years we are so happy to say that every occasions had been fantastic. Comfortable stay, rooms clean, grounds lovely, food to die for, staff (albeit changed over the years) are always friendly and helpful.
For an getaway not too far away it’s brilliant for us. We hope it continues so we have many more years of going to Greenwoods.

Perfect Couples Break

Lovely stay at Greenwoods with my wife. The room was excellent - really nice decor and very clean. The bar is fantastic for pre-dinner drinks, dinner was great too. A lot of effort has gone into the spa facilities since our last stay. Will be back again soon.

Great lunch with excellent surroundings

Stopped here for some lunch with the family. The food, surroundings and staff were first class. If you are in the area, worth a visit. The hotel also has an amazing spa, pool and fitness suite
