The room was small but that’s what we expected, having the shower leading straight in the room was a bit strange, we had missing towels but reception gave us more.
Please don’t do what we did and expect more from a £70 room, you get what it is and no more.
Had to pay for car parking as we booked though a third party on the internet, it was only £5 but did not mention that when booking.
Had a good stay for one night but any longer I wouldn’t have been happy.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

Always a positive experience here. It's a budget hotel so the facilities are basic but very functional. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's no coffee/tea making facilities in the room but they do have this available in the reception area. Breakfast is decent and just a few extra pounds per night. The location is very convenient, right off the A50, perfect distance from Alton Towers. There's a Shell petrol station and well stocked Little Waitrose, along with a few simple places to get a takeaway or dine in just steps away. If you're budget conscious but still want a place that's clean, comfortable, and convenient, then I'd highly recommend this hotel!

Room was spotless and comfortable with the Air conditioning system, not intuitive system but worked, quiet and had a good night sleep and do recommend it for overnight stay for a budget.

Room booked as 'Twin Room, 2 Twin Beds'.
Room was very small and basic. Two single beds, not twin beds, one pushed against shower wall with second bed with about 20cm (8") gap between so very cramped with one small table and one chair.
Description of Twin Beds untrue.
Budget hotel but cramped space not worth the high price charged of £63.65/ person/ night.
Staff pleasant but not helpful.
Good breakfast.

Very good price. Basic rooms but fine for 1 night. Great air con in room, self controlled, godsend in the heatwave.
As lone female felt safe.
Large car park, £5 for 24hrs, so reasonable.
A farmhouse inns pub across the car park, lovely coffee shop next door, or even the garage has good selection of foods.
Hotel also had small bar and served breakfast and food in evening, though I didn't use hotel facilities. Plenty of free tea and coffee downstairs near reception, but a bit of a nuisance carrying boiling hot drinks upstairs to room.
Would use again and recommend.
