I am delighted to hear that you felt so well looked after from the moment you arrived and that you enjoyed the convenience of our valet parking service, including the little touches when your car was returned to you.
It is also lovely to know that we were able to accommodate your request for a room in Roman House with a bath, and that you were so pleased with your room. I am particularly glad the air conditioning kept you comfortable during the warm weather!
I am sorry that you were unable to enjoy our spa facilities during your stay due to them being fully booked. Our spa can be particularly popular, especially over busy weekends, and we would always recommend reserving access in advance where possible. I do hope you will have the opportunity to experience SubRosa on your next visit.
