The place is worth it.
Very beautiful location situated in a charming place.
The strong point is the kindness and professionalism of all the staff.
The rooms are very nice and comfortable, but the kitchenette is unusable and wastes space that could be useful for a larger wardrobe.
I do not appreciate the SPA being included only for an additional fee.
Additionally, I suggest organizing guided excursions.
The breakfast is excellent.
The restaurant menu needs a complete overhaul: it is so bland that it feels like eating at home by opening the fridge.
Some dishes are simply assembled with foods that are surely purchased and not made on-site.
The presentation is nonexistent.
The prices are too high for the reasons mentioned above.

Desideriamo fornire qualche precisazione in merito ad alcuni aspetti da lei evidenziati. Per quanto riguarda le attività, ci dispiace se questa informazione non le è stata comunicata al momento del check-in: ogni mattina il nostro accompagnatore Roberto è a disposizione degli ospiti per passeggiate guidate e per offrire preziosi consigli alla scoperta del territorio.
Per quanto riguarda la SPA, abbiamo scelto di proporla come servizio extra, con accesso facoltativo, per garantire a ogni ospite un'esperienza di relax esclusiva, tranquilla e mai affollata.
Abbiamo inoltre accolto con attenzione i suoi suggerimenti relativi alla gestione degli spazi in camera, in particolare dell'angolo cottura e dell'armadio, così come le osservazioni sulla presentazione dei piatti. Per quanto riguarda i prezzi del ristorante, desideriamo precisare che sono in linea con quelli delle strutture della nostra categoria, in quanto rispecchiano la costante ricerca e selezione di materie prime di elevata qualità.

Unique experience but...
A unique experience for the
really lovely place, well equipped for ski rental , piste a stone's throw walk , the pyramid gives a spectacular emotion especially for us who had a sunny day with beautiful colors and one with snow falling giant flakes, while you are immersed in hot water , shame the cleaning especially of the spa , the pool and the bathroom , the kitchen is not bad but I was very disappointed because I had asked for a sweet for my son's 18th birthday, recommending me not only with the waiters but also with the manager, they answered me without problems but nothing ever arrived, small precautions and would be really perfect

Excellent structure, something to improve
We stayed at this property which overall is 'very good, has in my opinion a great potential and we had a good time, with a few aspects to improve.
POSITIVE:
1) the family rooms are nice, spacious, with double bedroom and possibility of separate beds for children, and two bathrooms which is always a great comfort!
2) The Spa as well beautiful and well cared for, suggestive the transparent pyramid and even more 'the outdoor hot pool. The resort also has a great gym.
3) The location and 'great, just a stone's throw from the Sprella slope, and if you really do not even want to make them there's a convenient shuttle that takes you there. Also very convenient ski equipment rental inside the hotel, with courteous and helpful staff.
4) Samantha at reception and 'super good and super nice!
5) The thing that really made me crazy is the restaurant and the food. If you think to go there and lose a few pounds too much, get it out of your head! the breakfast and 'fabulous, you do not know how not to try everything, not to mention dinner, hearty, delicious, and among other things with unexpected Sicilian influences, the panzerotto stuffed with eggplant and provola I still dream at night :) Gennaro & Team at the restaurant fantastic! Really nice, good, efficient and also available to absurd requests like a steak with roast potatoes 5 minutes from closing! TOP
NEGATIVE:
1) Please change the carpet in the corridors leading to the rooms, she can't take anymore and she has to retire!
2) We had problems with the heat in the room and the hot radiators that threw heat to everything without the possibility 'to turn them off, we had to ask at some point to close them completely. The maintainers however pure were very helpful and fast
3) The pool water is really too hot, I understand that some like it that way, but for those who want to go for a swim it's not really good because you practically sweat!
4) The SPA becomes a delirium of children and parents between 15:00 and 17:00, and the fact of offering only one free admission of 1.5 hours maximum and all the others for a fee penalizes very much in the end adults who are obliged to accompany the children and if they then wanted to return to the SPA enjoying the tranquility 'of not having children around they have to pay 25 euros.
5) The kitchen of the family room seems all in all valid but 'it is empty, there are no pots, cutlery dishes... it would be better to put something instead to allow guests to use it, also considering that the family room is not' cheap at all.
6) The cleanliness in the rooms needs to be improved, when we arrived there was some hair on the ground in both bathrooms, and this is not nice.
Last suggestion... reconsider the coffee blend you use, it can improve! ;)

WHAT A COLD SHOWER
It was supposed to be a quiet and relaxing ski holiday, with 4 star hotels and spa to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. In the end, so many things was except "quiet and relaxing".
The first thing we find in the entrance of the room is a bottle of water already open and half empty (or full?!), which we later discovered to be one of those from the restaurant that had been stolen. We're off to a good start.
You continue with a cold shower (not figuratively, just a cold shower), the kind that start hot and make you think you can enjoy hot water after a day on the snow, but that as soon as you put the shampoo in your hair and you have soaped your body, suddenly becoming inexorably colder and colder. Well, I'll try turning the water off, turning it back on. Nothing. Coming out of the shower, colder than ever, I call reception explaining the problem and the first question was "did you try to wait?" I reply that yes, I had tried to wait a couple of minutes all soapy in the shower. Answer "eh but he had to wait a little longer, at least 5 minutes, maybe the water was hot again..." Let's draw a pitiful veil over the rest of the conversation, eventually send the maintainer!! Hooray. Hot water it is.
After the spa, which was very pleasant, (in which the only flaw was to find a brown stain not better defined on the towel that they had provided and then, they immediately replaced) we go back to the room and decide to take a hot shower .. everything is fine, until the hairdryer decides to abandon me halfway through drying my hair (the first time we had not used it because we would have gone to the spa shortly after), so I call the reception again and the girl (different from the one before), at that time alone to manage everything, does everything possible to bring me a new hairdryer, only at that point we had to go to dinner - and we had already accumulated a fair delay, - and so we go out (and go to the restaurant) with wet hair!! Wonderful!!
Arrived at the restaurant I say that we had a reservation (which I had made several days before through the hotel and which I had made sure at the time of our arrival) and they tell me that they had not been communicated anything and that the reservation was not there!! Excellent!!
However the maître was very courteous and professional, it lifted the evening (and the mood), also finding us a very nice table. Dinner all very well (but will be subject to separate review).
Continuing in the story of this strange holiday, after dinner we go to sleep and around 7 am I wake up to a repeated and annoying noise that took me a few minutes to understand coming from the blinds of the bedroom window that had not been fixed and that, given the strong wind that had risen, they continued to slam, first against the wall, then against the window. Considering that when we arrived we had already found them open and that we were fine with it, in the evening, we did not go to check that they were fixed and racking our brains to figure out how to intervene (?!), so in the morning, after trying to regain sleep despite the noise, I launch into the attempt to fix the shutters. Obviously I had to open the window!! Fantastic!! And so, in my pajamas, with the frost in my face and coming all over the bedroom, I was trying to figure out how to get the shutters to stop torturing us, but nothing. I failed, I got back to bed and wrote what became more than a review, in the end became the short story of how I spent €500 for a night in a hotel I strongly advise against going to.
To save and thank I would say only one of the girls at the reception, the very kind bartender and the restaurant staff!
PS. Reportedly, the director, "already aware" of all the mishaps, problems, hiccups and disruptions suffered, agreed that a good 10% discount was compensation in line with their company policy and without even putting their face to it!!

In merito alla bottiglia d’acqua rinvenuta in camera, si è trattato di una svista che non rientra nei nostri standard di servizio. Ci scusiamo per l’accaduto: l’anomalia è stata immediatamente segnalata al reparto competente affinché non si ripeta.
Per quanto riguarda la temperatura dell’acqua, il nostro impianto è regolarmente funzionante; in situazioni di particolare affluenza può essere necessario attendere qualche minuto per la stabilizzazione. In ogni caso, il nostro manutentore è intervenuto prontamente per verificare e risolvere la situazione.
Ci fa piacere che abbia riconosciuto la disponibilità del nostro personale di reception, che si è attivato tempestivamente anche per la sostituzione del phon, nonostante il servizio fosse gestito in quel momento da una sola addetta.
Relativamente alla prenotazione del ristorante, può talvolta verificarsi un disguido nella comunicazione interna, ma siamo lieti che il nostro maître sia riuscito a rimediare prontamente trovando una soluzione adeguata e contribuendo a rendere comunque piacevole la serata.
In merito alle imposte, esse vengono fissate per consentire l’ingresso della luce naturale; in presenza di vento particolarmente forte può accadere che si sgancino. Ci dispiace per il disagio arrecato.
Al momento del check-out ho personalmente disposto l’applicazione di uno sconto del 10% per gli inconvenienti segnalati, ritenendolo un gesto corretto e proporzionato rispetto a quanto verificatosi.
Rinnovando il nostro rammarico per quanto accaduto, restiamo a disposizione per eventuali ulteriori chiarimenti e Le porgiamo cordiali saluti.
