Rude

I recently stayed at the B&B Anna, which unfortunately, turned out to be a disappointing experience. Initially they seemed like “helpful” people but at some point the rudeness of the owners took over. Unfriendly attitude, but subsequent interactions were characterized by a clear disinterest in us.
The lack of politeness has manifested itself at various times but it is nothing short of unacceptable to address customers with phrases such as “I live the same without you” and this is precisely the attitude they have towards customers. You don't expect to be treated like second-class customers, yet that's exactly how we felt.
All simply because we asked for a table that could give us the opportunity to watch the game, ‘I state that at that time were occupied only 2 tables and everything else free, and even here, the owner began with “we do not sell the game!! Yet their TV was just broadcasting the game!!
Obviously we left and thank goodness because we then sat at the restaurant next door, "upwind" where we ate very well and welcomed and treated even better...
In summary, if you are looking for a place to feel welcome, if you want education and if you want to be treated with respect, I would advise you to look elsewhere. This establishment definitely needs to review its approach to customer service.

Excellent location with sea view, possibility of accommodation in the structure above.
Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.
Very professional table service.
Exceptional pizza.
I highly recommend this place.

B and B Anna...at the top!!!

Excellent location, a few meters from the beach and the historic center reachable on foot. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and good food for all tastes, from pizza to meat or fish dishes.

Super this year too!!!!

This year too we dined every evening of our holidays in the B&B Anna pizza restaurant. What can I say? I confirm a fantastic family team, always kind and helpful. On the last evening my son wanted to celebrate his 18th birthday with friends. Caterina offered us cake and sparkling wine and was attentive to all our requests.
