Stay on the sea
I stayed with my family, in a ground floor apartment with double terrace, the apartment has everything that is useful for a holiday stay. Spectacular location a step away from the sea and the seafront of Agropoli. The location is strategic because it is located on the sea and is close to everything you need. The staff is very kind, friendly and present on your every need. Highly recommended!

To be avoided absolutely
We were guests from 9 to 23 August 2025 at this property and there are few things that work:
1) old houses and without a minimum of maintenance
2) after taking possession of the house, we discovered that it was very dirty and we had to clean it otherwise we could not even lay clothes in the closet so it was dirty
3) the tiny bathroom of 1 meter wide where any movement is impossible
4) parking with steeply sloping access ramps made so bad that many cars have damaged the bumpers
5) kitchen window (where we ate) without curtain resulting in lack of privacy, made known on Saturday, the curtain arrived the following Friday
6) at the time of booking we pointed out that a large dog (German Shepherd) was traveling with us having as an answer that there was no problem, after 1 week that we had arrived we were challenged the presence of the dog by the same person who had made the reservation and received the relevant deposit transfer
7) cleaning of common areas, such as corridors and stairs, is completely absent

Nightmare experience
I state that we booked this residence well in advance mainly because of its privileged location in front of the beaches. But otherwise there is nothing. Dilapidated structure, dirt everywhere, bathrooms without the minimum of comfort, no hooks, shelves, and then a despicable stench of sewer that welcomes you into the house.
The apartments are furnished with old, broken and even dangerous furniture with edges held with sticker. I repeat the place has great potential for the location but otherwise there is also who answers the phone for any request. We waited in vain for the replacement of a light bulb in the bathroom electrocuted. All to do again. I'm sorry, but I don't feel like recommending it even to my worst enemy.

I would say bad
Unfortunately I have to make a negative review for these accommodations and especially for those who work there, I booked a weekend specifying several times that I was interested in having absolutely a working air conditioning accommodation and the girl who takes care of this assured me that there would be , arrival in the structure and I find myself a non-working air conditioning where practically lacked the remote control for the ignition and reassuring me to procure it they teased me until the evening proposing a fan, after which at my request they move me to the accommodation next door and I realize that there is no hot water, in all this no one who has bothered to apologize for these inconveniences, not serious and not attentive to the care of housing, all this paying and thanking in advance

Terribly gross.
All shabby .. a decaying structure, badly organized and devoid of basic comforts
The reality does not correspond to what they propose in the contract
Be respected on the spot
The referent in the office is arrogant and not at all courteous... does not know the courtesy (other I do not add... I refer to the reception)

I don't add more ... I wouldn't finish anymore .... I enjoy my evening
