Motorcycle ride with friends

We stayed at this wonderful property for 4 nights. We got to know closely both the structure and the services that were impeccable. Affable and professional attention shown by Irene, chef receptionist, who met our every need giving us advice on our itineraries. As indeed all the other staff including Placido the night porter. Excellent restaurant that satisfied us on all our menu requests. To mark for our upcoming tours and for all those who want to have a quiet and relaxing stay. Take advantage if you happen to!

Professionalism and competence

Wonderful structure, isolated but easily accessible renovated impeccably. We stayed 4 nights and really relaxed. Ten and praise to the really helpful and professional staff. Very prepared and present to meet any need and / or request. Services and cleaning TOP. A special commendation to the Irene of the reception. Great restaurant.
A destination to seriously consider when you are in the area.

We were guests of this beautiful hotel for a wedding.
The property enjoys a great location, stunning views and a wonderful swimming pool. But most of all, I would like to emphasize the availability, friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. The front office, the housekeeping department, the Bar and Catering Service but also the maintainer and the gardener. They were always smiling, welcoming and helpful, offering their support with extreme speed and professionalism. The rooms, spotless, are equipped with all amenities. Excellent food. The very clean and well-kept pool (maintenance is done correctly every day and - in my experience- is not obvious) with a breathtaking view and impeccable Bar Service, the prepared and professional waiting staff. Very good breakfast.
We had an unexpected event with our car that could have compromised our return to Matera and, for that reason, we were looking for a mechanic. As it was a Saturday, none of those we contacted were available as they were all closed. All the staff worked immediately to find a solution. A special thanks goes to Lorenzo (the gardener) and Daniele (the maintainer) who found a mechanic available (despite being closed too) who solved our problem after several hours of work under the sun (thanks Federico). They assisted us and waited with us even beyond working hours to make sure that the next day we could return home.
In a world that increasingly reduces the work and role of people in favor of technology, finding such attentive, altruistic and human professionals is a rarity. My sincerest thanks and compliments to all the staff.

Fantastic stay!

Myself and my family stayed at this beautiful hotel last week. We had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable stay and would highly recommend you stay here also! Food, service, cleanliness, location were all wonderful. A particular thank you to Angelo, Giuseppe, Emanuelle and Irene who were so helpful and welcoming in their roles as waiters and reception staff, respectively.
