Very nice guy at the reception . And that is where positive ends . It’s a very dated hotel , very poorly mentiamied . It’s silly to call it a 4 star hotel :) We paid around £200 per night for a very very basic hotel . Max 3 stars and that’s being kind to it .

Location is excellent and we had a great sea view room which was very spacious.
Room cleaned daily and was cleaned very well with clean towels given each day. Very nice housekeeper.
Staff, especially on reception were very nice and super helpful.
Pool is lovely, however it holds maximum of about 10 sunbeds which is unfortunate if a small group of you wnat to lay around the pool as unlikely to get a sunbed.
Biggest and strangest thing is that a 4* hotel does not have a private shower cubicle for those with a late flight. It has a luggage room but you’re expected to use the pool to freshen up as no shower other than the pool side one. Although manageable it’s surprising as a late checkout is charged at a nightly rate which works out a costly shower if that’s all you need on your last day.
Food was amazing. Pizza is great and staff again seemed pleasant.
I would stay here again as it’s a nice hotel and I’d make sure I booked an extra night stay if I had a late flight again but defo would return here.

Definitely not!

Absolutely outrageous!!! I cannot understand some reviews that praise the services or the staff or anything else in this nightmare of a hotel. Dilapidated is putting it mildly. There has been no improvement since the 1970s. Maintenance is non-existent. Broken fixtures, torn curtains, nearly unusable bathrooms, mattresses still with springs, and rusty air conditioning units like tables and chairs on the balconies. The plumbing is so outdated that when you flush the toilet, you hear a backfire (water hammer) as if it were a small explosion, and with all the people present, it is not pleasant, especially in the middle of the night. Stained bedspreads, as well as mattress covers, broken minibars, clogged sinks, and leaking showers. These are just some of the inconveniences of this hotel, which in my opinion should be closed immediately for a complete renovation and not take money from those who come on vacation. Unfortunately, in response to my complaints, they changed our room three times, but in the end, exhausted from packing and unpacking our bags, and not wanting to search for another place on short notice, we reluctantly stayed. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Before booking, look at the photos... don't let your vacation be ruined! Spend a little more on adjacent hotels, three stars, but real ones!!!! To be avoided.

A hotel that got four stars just by having a pool the size of a bathtub. None of its features qualify it for four stars. The rooms are poorly maintained.

There's nowhere to drink coffee at the hotel except at breakfast; you're advised to get it from the machine in awful plastic cups.
The bathroom is neglected, and the shower cabin is extremely primitive and small.
There's not even water in the rooms, no kettle, you can't even make a cup of coffee.
Service and staff are reluctant to speak languages ​​other than Italian and are generally not friendly.
The cleanliness of the sheets and towels is very inadequate.
