MOLD , MOSQUITOES , SPIDER WEBS AND DIRT IN THE HYDRO .. TOTAL VOMITING

filthy BAD water suite, you couldn't breathe anything but moisture and MOLD, LITERALLY EVERYWHERE!
We turned on the tub and once it was all filled and the hydro came out hair and dirt this 2 TIMES to the third hoping it was the good one no more hot water came out and we could only stay 15 minutes in the whole night, the total vomit, never seen anything more disgusting!
Not to mention the dust, the web above the bed wall and the MOSQUITOES, it looked like there was a farm! A total disgrace, DON'T SPEND A SINGLE EURO, I HOPE YOU DO THE RIGHT CHECKS! Because a facility that takes all that money to give customers DIRT, MOLD AND SPIDERY IS JUST A PIT! Incompetent , disrespectful , interested only in money and not in the good of customers !

MOLD INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

We stayed here in 2019 for the first time and after a pleasant experience we decided to rebook in 2025.
We were greeted by a super nice girl, but unfortunately once we entered the “water suite” room we were overwhelmed by a strong smell of damp. The room had mold on the walls, the metal furniture had rust points including the back of the bed also damp, in fact once we returned home our clothes smelled moldy. Ventilation system to be reviewed. Bathroom with mold on the walls and sewer smell. Dust. And finally we found a used underwear inside the closet where we had hung our vests. Price too high for poor service. MAI PIÙ.

After a fairly positive experience in 2019 we decided to rebook at this property. But unfortunately this time we were quite disappointed. The great welcome, but as soon as we entered the “water suite” room we were overwhelmed by a terrifying smell of damp. There was mold on many walls of the room, the metal furniture including the back of the bed had rust points. The bed itself was wet, so much so that once we got home our clothes smelled of mold. We also found a used underwear inside the closet where we had hung our vests, not to mention the dust. The only thing you can save is the hot tub although you have to be careful not to touch the cap. In general the structure is very neglected, and honestly for what I paid it is not worth it. MAI PIÙ.

Not even...

I called for a request after reserving a room for 3 nights and an arrogant and uncaring gentleman responded rudely. Naturally I canceled the reservation..evidently it's not a job for everyone..As a hotelier, I recommend a different approach to customers..
