Authentic property. Very good value for money.

Stayed for one night after travelling on ferry from patras. Very clean room, and price was exceptional. Authentic property. Make sure you have the contact details of the manager, it is in a block shared with other businesses and properties. It is easy t find with a big sign outside. Location is very good, right in the centre where everything is going on. Near to port also. Ancona is really a very nice town. Take a walk up the hill and you get an amazing view of the Fincanterai shipyard where there is a brilliant view of cruise ships under construction.

Comodo e rilassante

Ho passato 1 notte in questa struttura e mi sono trovata benissimo.camere all'interno di un appartamento in pieno centro. Cordialita nell'accoglienza e nell'indicarmi come muovermi e dove poter mangiare, camera con bagno, semplice pulita, silenziosa e letto comodissimo. Ottima qualita/prezzo.
Lo consiglio a tutti e spero.di poterci tornare presto

Vacanze 2019

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura nel mese di agosto e mi sono trovato benissimo. Posizione centralissima in città con tutti i servizi comodi. Pulizia e tranquillità molto soddisfacenti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Un ringraziamento particolare a Simona, la receptionist, per la disponibilità e la passione dimostrate anche oltre il suo ruolo nell' indicare luoghi da vedere e itinerari da seguire con estrema competenza. Consigliato!

Posto che non consiglio e poca professionalità

Ho prenotato circa un mese prima una camera tripla per una notte e che saremmo arrivati per le 13 circa, tutto confermato dalla persona che mi ha risposto al telefono. Al mio arrivo (alle 12:45) li contatto dicendo che il posto era in pieno centro e che quindi avrei faticato a trovare un parcheggio, mi è stato risposto in modo sgarbato che di certo non mi avrebbero aspettato perché non era un albergo! Costretta a parcheggiare lontano al mio arrivo, dopo aver salito con i bagagli le scale a piedi mi ritrovo in un vecchio appartamento improvvisato a b&b , mi è stato detto che non era più disponibile la camera tripla e che mio figlio di dodici anni avrebbe dovuto alloggiare in una singola senza bagno..non sono stata neanche avvisata prima! Per non parlare del posto caldo, soffocante e a mio avviso tenuto male...costretti a trovare un altra soluzione all’ultimo minuto abbiamo passato la notte in un albergo a tre stelle ,abbiamo speso solo qualche euro in più ma giustificati da un ottima colazione inclusa nel prezzo.

Nessuna professionalità e cordialità

Prenoto il giorno prima per la notte seguente, il check-in finisce alle 20 così li chiamo e gli dico che arriverò in stazione alle 20 e se fosse un problema. Il tizio mi risponde tentennando dicendomi che se non avesse ritardato il treno allora mi avrebbero aspettato!! Ho pensato: ah quindi se no sto a spasso la notte! Il giorno dopo sono in treno mi arriva un mex di booking dicendomi che avevano provato ad addebitarmi il costo di una notte ma non ci erano riusciti così dovevo aggiornare la carta di credito entro tre ore. Io l' ho fatto in dieci minuti appena il mex mi è arrivato, ho aggiornato e contemporaneamente mi arriva l' email che avevano cancellato la mia prenotazione per la stessa notte!! Senza nemmeno aspettare 15 minuti! È una vergogna anche perché si trattava della notte stessa obbligandomi all' ultimo momento a cercare un' altra stanza!
