RATIO QUALITY 'PRICE OK BUT CLEANLINESS AND COURTESY TO REVIEW
only 2 stars for various reasons. The first because on our arrival I was assigned a room that did not correspond to what was purchased JUNIOR instead of SUPERIOR and when I pointed out at the desk a lady who introduced herself as the owner told me with a turn of phrase all her own that the room was the one I had chosen and that the website did not make text because it was the old management and that the rooms were made by her and so it was right. Even outside the rooms it says. See photo 1. Final icing the shower did not work. The next morning I pointed all this out to a gentleman: the owner who instead very politely in 5 minutes changed the room without any problem. Reason 2 cleaning: dust everywhere even in the shelves at the top and under the bed see photos 2 and 3. Shower towels never changed. Reason 3 courtesy in the restaurant: we asked if you could have an encore, since the portions were gourmet style. See photos 4 (cap x make an idea of measurement) and 5. Very very good BRAVO the cook, but given the day on the skis .. We asked: the first night we were answered I don't think there is and then they didn't let us know anything, the second night we were answered NO! So we didn't ask the third one again. One morning at breakfast we asked if there were any more pancakes. Answer NO! Only those. Too bad they were out: only 12 pancakes for an entire hotel? For heaven's sake the breakfast was fantastic.
Final blow, the maid's complaints in the kitchen about customers could be heard from the hall..
The 2 stars go to the owner and the cook. Too bad.

Skiing holliday in Andalo at Garden
Half board was as well a good choice and food was very good.
Clean and cured in all details.
Very kind and attentive personnel.
