Very welcoming and convenient to reach the places of interest in the area. Room and bathroom spotless. We rested on a double sofa bed and a double bed whose mattresses and pillows had the right consistency. Although the hotel is located on a busy street, there is no noise in the room. Mr. John. Alfonso is extremely kind and helpful as well as the hotel staff. Breakfast is included in the price, definitely affordable. We were very very satisfied.

Something to fix

We stayed at this property only for one night, just arrived in the room we were invaded by a pungent smell of cigarettes, but being late we were very tired and we preferred not to make controversy and get to sleep, room clean enough with a very comfortable bed... and a spacious bathroom!! Breakfast without praise and without infamy .. Born sore.... THE PARKING (which you pay separately) can contain a maximum of 4 cars but they let in more, with no little effort we can maneuver... steep ramp (not marked) and without anti-slip bands

Pleasant stay

Excellent structure, located in a well-served central area.
Professionalism and courtesy from the owner.
Elegant reception with entrance on the main street, abundant and varied breakfast.
The rooms are large, clean and tastefully furnished, with all the necessary comforts, smart TV with all types of channels including sky netfix etc. Efficient throughout, including garage service.
I will be back soon I recommend it to everyone.

nice and clean

The hotel was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The tv like most hotels in Italy with the minor exception of U.S. chains didn't have any English speaking channels. The breakfast could use a little improvement but was a traditional Italian breakfast. The car garage is a little tricky getting in but if you like the staff will pull it out for you in the morning. I will stay here again in the future.

BEST HOTEL OWNERS WE'VE EVER HAD!!

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Palazzo della Mura for 7 days and we had the best experience ever. Alfonso and his brother, the owners of the hotel, helped us out with everything that we needed and more, they were really friendly and opened persons and they helped us make the best of the trip. It's 5 min near Pompei, and 20-25 min if you want to go to Amalfi Coast. 15 minutes to Napoli... a dream come true. The rooms are big and comfortable, we felt very welcome and very accompanied in every issue that we had during our holidays. We will repeat for sure next year with some friends!
Thank you for being the best hotel we could have asked for :) and we hope to see you again very soon!!
