Wonderful stay in Arezzo.

Beautiful property in a truly strategic location: just steps from the train station and right in the historic center. In the immediate vicinity, there are excellent restaurants, all wisely recommended by the owner. A special thanks goes to Paola, whose kindness and availability made the stay even more enjoyable.
The property has been recently renovated.
The decor is extremely refined and full of personality. I loved the unique pieces like the Chinese wardrobe, the headboard of the bed with references to Eastern art, and the beautiful color combination in the bathroom, where the new black and white tiles perfectly match the red walls.
Credit also goes to the breakfast: of excellent quality, served directly in the room and enjoyed on the balcony with a beautiful view of the city center. Highly recommended!

Very satisfying.

B & B close to the center of Arezzo, close to all points of interest. Restaurants and trattorias in the surroundings. Very clean and cared for the room and bathroom, good breakfast that is served in the kitchen. Excellent quality of sleep and comfort of the bed.

A look from "the terrace".

Greeted by the owner as if we had been old friends made us feel immediately at home. Spacious room and bathroom, great mattress and pillows. Excellent cleanliness. Every morning breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the old town, served by attentive and caring staff. Thanks for everything.

Lovely place and a super location

A lovely B&B in Arezzo, near the train station and near the city centre, perfect! The beds sleep absolutely fabulous and the hostess was very helpful and friendly. Nice interior decorations as well :)
Some improvements can be made by adding smoke detectors. And also in the room, by adjusting the chair and deskheight to eachochter, and make the desk a bit bigger...some extra attention here can improve a lot. Now I had to work in the kitchen. Good as well of course, but a good setup in the room is also worth a lot. In the bathroom I missed a convenient spot to place my toiletbag.
I can recommend booking this B&B! It's lovely and by train you can reach Firenze/Florence within an hour!

A nice holiday

Very comfortable B&B very close to the city centre. Friendly staff, very spacious and clean room and bathroom, from the window you can enjoy a breathtaking view. If you have to go to Arezzo this b&b is highly recommended.
