Pleasant night

Good evening everyone ...June 23rd I spent a night in Asti at the Fabbrica dell'Oro ..very cute B&B exceptional price very nice manager very helpful ..perfect location 5/6 min walk from the center ..very beautiful room well taken care of with everything you need ..very comfortable canopy bed we will definitely be back thanks for the hospitality

The ruin on stage.

Terrifying.
Our room is the room of the horrible theater and bad taste.
The bathroom door is broken; it does not close. After waiting about 1 hour for someone to arrive, we fixed it ourselves.
The handle of the entrance door literally came off in our hands.
And then the cherry on top... on the powered wifi modem; there was a dirty black band-aid stuck to cover the possibly too bright LED. I hoped the black curtain with the words "you are on a hidden camera" would drop at any moment.
Never again.

Nice, but there are some things to fix.

We stayed in the annex of the gold factory.
The positive aspects are: it is very close to the center, there are many beds and they are distinctly comfortable, equipped as if it were an apartment for permanent living, the wifi is free, and there are 3 air conditioners that are essential in the summer, there are also 3 terraces (one unusable) with chairs and tables.
The idea of the kitchenette is nice, but there are also some issues with the small "furniture" that is a bit outdated, and at night there is a lot of external noise, and in the second room, the terrace cannot be opened because the handle is missing.
There are 2 double beds, one bed that is one and a half squares (I believe), and a single bed. Overall, the structure is reasonably good, the quality-price ratio is super convenient since the annex deserves 10-15€ more per night. Recommended

A romantic day

Excellent location in the center.
They have very nice and original rooms.. Last night I stayed in the ancient Asti room

Cozy, close to the city but unintentionally extremely expensive!

In itself a nice location close to the center with breakfast around the corner. Spacious room with air conditioning. No breakfast at the hotel. We are only very disappointed in the communication. We paid double because of a double payment request. This immediately indicated via email and said when we arrived. Didn't speak to the manager live. On 23/7 the manager would send us a message about repaying this. This is not done. The emails and app messages were never responded to after this. The money still hasn't been returned. We really liked the hotel but because of the double payment it has become an unintentional extremely expensive night. Failure to return and respond is simply not proper. If this were solved properly, we would have given the maximum number of stars. Now we give you 2 stars total because of this incident. Good communication and fair handling is important to us.
