Close but no cigar

Azola is a lovely location and many aspects of the design are well thought out and charming.
The staff are lovely and breakfast decent.
But some of the detail really lets down what could be near perfect experience.
A couple of niggles… there were no complimentary Teas or coffees in our suite. One would think at this price point that was standard.
The bathroom door was an external slider with no handle and offered very little privacy.
There were quite a lot of weeds growing in the stone chip outside our room. Small details , but the difference between a great stay and an average one

Sicilia trip

Magical holidays away from the city of Noto and the beaches. A pool and villa ideal for resting and spending a slightly less hot day (nearly 40 degrees in summer).
Welcoming Lorenzo was perfect. The staff is very nice too.
The beautiful town of Noto is a 5-minute drive away. All of eastern Sicily is served by train or buses leaving from Noto. Ideal to spend a morning or evening elsewhere.

A PEARL A FEW STEPS FROM NOTO

Perfect stay from all points of view:
Fabulous location cared for in every detail by the owners LORENZO and ROBERTO that we thank for the kindness and attention given to us and for the advice given to us.
Super comfortable and very clean room, great breakfast, perfect location to visit in a short time the beauties of the Val di Noto with its wonderful beaches: San Lorenzo, Vendicari Oasis, Fountains, island of the currents...
We left yesterday but we are already nostalgic...
Congratulations!!!! if you want to spend a wonderful holiday this is the perfect place.

Don’t miss it… a very special place

Amazing oasis in tje beautiful setting of Noto nature. Close to beaches and ancient city center. The common spaces and terasses along with the spacious villas are alll carefully decorated and designed by the hosts Lorenzo and Alberto that clearly have as excellent taste aa they are friendly and welcoming. Not not miss Friday aperativo evening with music and dance - but book a table it is a popular event for locals as well. Take you time to enjoy lazy breakfast with great vibes and local specialitiesloved it there
