A place ideally located, relaxing and sunny☀️
Pension is a real favorite, even if everything is far from perfect... First, it is perfectly located, since very close to Treviso, close to Venice, Jesolo, the Dolomites, Verona... In short, the situation is in my opinion perfect, provided of course that you have your own vehicle...
Regarding the relay, it is very comfortable. The rooms are indeed a little dated but overall pretty with a very clean bathroom. The outdoor setting is idyllic with a gigantic park extremely well maintained a large very nice pool with plenty of space and deckchairs and shelters available... The comfort is very good, the wi-fi in the farthest rooms and rather bad.
In my opinion, the breakfast is okay, but without more, few fresh products.
The staff is very nice and accommodating.
For my part, the restaurant has a very poor Award Value, indeed there are a multitude of restaurants nearby, including in case of Treviso city which are much cheaper, and much better.
In any case, I recommend this establishment where we spent 15 days super pleasant with family... From what I heard, it will obviously be closed from mid-December 24 for a year and a half of work .. A priori, a rise in the range is planned... Enjoy

Too many small & major mistakes - does not do justice to 4* category
Have chosen a suite in this hotel at short notice for €294/night. At the reception we were received rather unfriendly. So there was no welcome drink as usual in most hotels in this category. The suite was very large and rather antique. On the ceiling in the bathroom, slight traces of mold already begin in the edges. The water pressure in the shower often makes you despair.
After the long journey we were looking forward to a cold prosecco in the outdoor area, although it should be noted that the hotel is located in a dreamlike park.
After quite some time still no waiter had appeared, I had to go to reception three times to finally be served a bottle of Prosecco by an extremely unfriendly waiter - whereby the touted house brand probably represents the lower quality level in the Prosecco area.
Then we went to the beautiful large pool. The young pool boy understood (or did not want to understand...) neither English nor German and preferred to dedicate himself to his mobile phone and apparently to a friend who was present as a guest. On the question of whether one might have a 2. Towel to dry could get no answer either. The couchettes were crisscrossed and partly “decorated” with pine needles. The question arises: what are the tasks of the pool boy??? We have been to several 4* & 5*_ hotels worldwide, but we hadn't experienced THAT yet. But back to the pool. The only expression I can think of is “dirty” (see photos). Even on the two following days the same sand, needles, stones etc.. was still at the pool floor. So, as usual internationally, no one had vacuumed the pool!!! In addition, there is dirt in the tile joints as well as in the shower (see photos).
At breakfast the next day (the choice of buffet is very spartan & does not necessarily correspond to the customs of a 4* hotel, we really felt the unkindness of the staff. Not a single waiter greeted and you had to urinate the missing cutlery several times. In addition, within three days, the visibly spilled coffee of a guest was not removed from the floor of the outdoor restaurant floor.
After a short tour at Prosecco we were looking forward to a cool drink at the bar at 15:05. We were about to order the drinks from the bartender when he told us that his service had just ended - and disappeared. Back at the reception the rather unfriendly receptionist told us that he does not know exactly how to make an Aperolspritz, he will just try.....!
The absolute hammer, however, was that despite the € 294/night you should have paid € 30 for the spa area. She told us very snappy the spa employee.
In summary: Hotel in very nice location, staff can not greet, pool etc. are rarely (to not) cleaned. For this it is not worth spending the money as a guest, although there are very nice and well-kept hotels in the vicinity with very friendly staff. too bad

Relax in an elegant hotel surrounded by vineyards and
We stayed at this hotel with a Smartbox given for my birthday.
We had a really great time!!
The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful natural setting, as it is surrounded by vineyards and campagna.Cé is very quiet and at night you do not hear noise.
The spa is wonderful, swimming pool with many hydromassage sessions inside, Turkish bath, 2 saunas, 2 relaxation areas. It must be booked and in this way you avoid overcrowding.
The restaurant is very refined, presents refined dishes, particular and presented really well.
The price is a bit high, but it really deserves to try it both for the kitchen (great food quality!) and for the service (waiters very attentive to the needs of customers and friendly at the right point).
Also the welcome in the reception great, very friendly and kind staff.
The cleanliness of the rooms is really excellent, starting from our room and bagno.Tutto perfectly tidy and super clean!!
If I were to find something that I did not like the carpet in the hallway of the rooms then I would recommend removing it but I must say that it was only present in a stretch.

Well, luxury is at home here.
What to say;
Everything here suggests that he finds us in a high-level place. Clean rooms, prepared staff restaurant of a starred level as well as a nice wellness center, an outdoor pool within a park.
The entrance says it all, an avenue accompanied by vines that lead to the structure placed in the greenery and tranquility. Large bright and cozy rooms with all comforts.
Large lobby and bar area, plus conference rooms in short, I would say that here anyone can be satisfied.
Clearly, the prices are not motel and the restaurant is not a trattoria but; if it is not about the expense but the yield, here you fall on your feet.

Relaxing and pleasant stay in the countryside.
Elegenate structure surrounded by a beautiful green park and a private vineyard, where you can do sports activities. Rooms well furnished, quiet and spotless.
Hearty breakfast buffet.
Great staff service. Utmost kindness.
Inside the structure there is a SPA that we have not used.
The value for money of the rooms is more than optimal.
Convenient to reach from Treviso Airport and Venice.
