Peace and relaxation
Nice experience, all great and nice SPA, (personally I do not share the nudity but it is specified ) great restaurant and food (it is not easy nor obvious to find good food at this level ) nice and friendly staff

We returned x the third time to bio brusago as always everything perfect. The great Giancarlo made our days very pleasant THANK YOU!!!!!!. Only drawback too many children in the zono indoor pools that screamed and played in the whirlpool sin

excellent experience total relaxation
Hotel well renovated and spotless, the SPA is a flagship both the inside and the outside, only thing to keep in mind is that it is strongly discouraged the use of the costume, however you can keep the towel provided or request a costume provided by them. Excellent dinner and also breakfast with high quality products and fresh. even the valley is very beautiful although far from ski resorts.

ATTENTION FAMILIES: Mandatory nudity and prohibition for unreported minors. Withheld money.
If you are a family with children or do not practice naturism, be very careful before booking at this property.
I booked a stay through Booking.com for my family (including my 15-year-old daughter), choosing the hotel specifically for SPA and wellness services. Just 3 days before arrival, contacting the property by chance, I discovered two basic rules:
The SPA is strictly naturist: the use of the costume is prohibited and nudity is mandatory.
Access is categorically prohibited to anyone under the age of 16.
Neither of these two restrictions, so extreme and binding, was indicated on their sales page. Booking.com customer support reviewed the listing and confirmed to us in writing that these policies had been completely omitted by the property.
Despite the obvious lack of transparency that rendered the service unusable for our family (effectively excluding our youngest daughter from the paid services), the Management categorically refused to cancel the reservation. They first shifted the blame to the platform and then ignored Booking.com’s official free cancellation request (fee-waived), wrongly withholding over €1,000.
Selling family packages by omitting nudity requirements and prohibitions for minors, and then refusing refunds in the face of written evidence, denotes a total lack of transparency and respect for the customer.
I enclose the written proofs (email from Management and Booking.com) confirming what has been reviewed.

ci dispiace sinceramente leggere della sua esperienza e comprendiamo il disappunto per una vacanza che non si è svolta come immaginato. Quando si viaggia in famiglia, le aspettative sono importanti e non poterle soddisfare genera inevitabilmente frustrazione.
Proprio per questo motivo cerchiamo sempre di essere il più trasparenti possibile. Le informazioni relative all’accesso alla nostra area wellness – inclusa l’età minima e le modalità di utilizzo – sono indicate sia sul nostro sito ufficiale che sulla pagina della struttura su Booking.com. Come da policy della piattaforma, non è possibile riportare regolamenti completi e dettagliati, ma è chiaramente specificato che l’accesso alla SPA è consentito dai 16 anni.
Ci teniamo inoltre a chiarire un punto importante: nella nostra SPA non si pratica naturismo. L’accesso alle saune senza costume (o con tessuti naturali idonei) non è una scelta culturale o ideologica, ma una pratica legata a sicurezza, igiene e benessere della pelle. Le alte temperature e l’umidità possono infatti causare irritazioni se a contatto con materiali sintetici, motivo per cui queste indicazioni sono diffuse e condivise in molte realtà wellness.
In merito alla richiesta di cancellazione, comprendiamo il desiderio di trovare una soluzione, soprattutto a ridosso dell’arrivo. Tuttavia, la prenotazione effettuata prevedeva condizioni non rimborsabili, chiaramente indicate al momento della conferma. La camera è stata riservata per mesi e, come confermato anche da Booking.com nelle comunicazioni da lei allegate, la struttura si è attenuta alle condizioni previste dalla prenotazione.
Ci teniamo a precisare che trattenere l’importo non rappresenta in alcun modo una mancanza di rispetto o trasparenza, ma l’applicazione di una politica necessaria a tutelare il nostro lavoro da cancellazioni tardive che renderebbero impossibile riassegnare la camera.
Resta il rammarico per non aver potuto accogliere la sua famiglia come avremmo voluto. Il nostro è un piccolo hotel di montagna, con una proposta ben definita e, come tale, non sempre adatta a tutte le esigenze. Per questo invitiamo sempre i nostri ospiti a contattarci direttamente prima della prenotazione: siamo sempre disponibili a chiarire ogni dubbio e aiutare a capire se l’esperienza che offriamo è quella giusta.
