Perfect location with spectacular, spacious, magical views, Italian cuisine and lovely, helpful service

I spent 7 lovely days in this very Italian experience hotel that I am thrilled to recommend The perfect location with spectacular, spacious, magical views over the sea and the mountains with stunning old town in the middle of the green landscape will surely make a mark in memories you’ll want to keep☀️ Tho hotel service was friendly and helpful, across all functions of the hotel. In particular I would like to notice a professional support of Senhor Miguel, Senhora Maria and Senhor Ricardo that made our experience very heartwarming and supportive every day. We’re looking forward to coming back to the hotel very soon! Karolina and Joanna

Absurd experience

Good morning never in my life have I spent such a terrible week and with me 80% of tourists .. structure devoid of any comfort, reprehensible food to say the least a single menu for everyone without at least one other alternative. For children the same menu of adults always one goose and only choice .. structure without any Welcoming for children animation equal to zero paid for the mini club but do not even know the meaning of the word itself. Structure not safe for the little , now old staff without empathy the only note in their favor is the lifeguard a smiling and cheerful boy, even the cleaning ladies perform their duties properly. Don't go there. Spend your money more appropriately.

Amazing views

Definitely worth visiting! Beautiful views with the mountains surrounding the hotel in quiet area. We got great room with a seeview, just wow! Wonderful people (waiters, cleaners, owner) were helpful and friendly in every step. They even opened a bar at 5am. so we could drink a coffee before our whole-day trip.
Food was delicious and the size of meals were so huge that we were not able to eat it all. If you want a really too experience - this is hotel to go!

Nightmare hotel

Zero food. Hotel zero. Cleaning 10. Organization 0. Animation nonexistent. Rooms zero. Sub-zero manager. Stay away!! Worst experience of my life. Don't throw your money away. Go elsewhere. Or bring a good amount of maalox.

Bad holiday

We stayed a week at this hotel in August, the only positive thing ever is the view. The rooms are large and clean. Sore note is the kitchen. In the quote I was sent it said that it was served at the table and there was the possibility to choose between 2first and 2seconds, none of that. At the table they brought an appetizer that made you cry, (an eggplant, a zucchini, or black olives and half a slice of ham.....) the first scotti were inedible and the second always grilled chicken breast, arista, fish au gratin, all of poor quality. Non-existent mineral water. For children there is no menu they must eat what they bring for adults, I for my daughters asked and made them prepare it, because it was not right that after paying a good amount they had to remain fasting. The breakfast buffet, nothing exceptional. The guests of this hotel are mostly foreigners (Poles) who do not understand Italian cuisine and ate everything they were served. In the hotel the manager does not turn on the air conditioning or even in the restaurant for lunch, so as not to consume electricity.
The absent Animation, a boy and a girl came to the pool 30 minutes to do some dancing. In the evening after dinner nothing, everything was silent.
I strongly advise against it, do not go You will regret it.
