Terrible experience.
We stayed one night with the school, with rooms for 2 assigned to 3.
Inedible food, the cutlet had a plastic-like texture; the only good thing was the cheese that masked the horrible taste of the pasta.
Doors that were difficult to open, uncomfortable beds, and terrible pillows; the only good thing was the terrace with a view of the sea.
As the hours passed late into the night, we heard incredible screams, shouts, and thuds.
The moral of the story is, if you want to spend a night with friends, do not spend it here.

To flee
Admittedly the hotel is located by the sea with beautiful terraces but obviously the establishment has never been maintained.
Room with stained carpet, torn wallpaper.
Bathroom from another time.
When we arrived the air conditioning was not working.
Actually they pulled up a fuse to start it.
But the settings in the room were inoperative.
Air conditioning impossible to stop and adjust.
Set to 30° it was 16° in the room
Breakfast with cup, plastic cups and spoons.
Choice kept to a strict minimum.
I strongly advise against this establishment which in France would not have mixed a star I think.
The icing on the cake of the participants of the trip had to be changed hotel because they found in their room bed bugs.

Really not great!
Unkind staff, really the Minimum Service. With the highlight at breakfast, where the staff, rather young, was clearly unsympathetic (Not smiling, dragging feet etc)..
A swimming pool in full sun (that's good) but without any umbrella for sun loungers.
Parking (sure, we don't live there), but totally dilapidated and dirty.
A room overlooking the sea, but again, dilapidated and poorly maintained (dirty blackberries, aging carpets, very little light in the bathroom etc..)
The only positive is its location, 5 minutes walk from the seaside.
A hotel you feel is aging, almost "ending its days"
