A simple, cozy and quiet location

We stayed one night at this farm and then took the opportunity to try their cuisine for dinner that we found pleasant (in another review, Bobbio restaurants section, you will find it) and breakfast with good homemade products prepared by the lady.
The property, which is 9 km from Bobbio and is in a very picturesque position (although the final part of the paved road to get there is particularly narrow in some places: be careful if you encounter cars in the opposite direction), has a natural beach to take a nice bath in the underlying Trebbia river, a good restaurant, rooms furnished in a spartan way, clean, with comfortable bed, bathroom (I recommend posting some hooks to hang towels / bathrobes in the bathrooms of the rooms: this would allow you to keep the environment even more tidy) with hairdryer and courtesy set and views of the hills (ours, the 5, on the first floor).
Appreciated the beautiful terrace where we had dinner, and the good Service of the formal and courteous owners, while the prices are average (€ 180 overnight stay, breakfast and dinner in two).
We liked the tranquility and simplicity of the place that I would recommend for stays of 1-3 nights to discover the beautiful Bobbio and its surroundings.

A beautiful structure overlooking the Trebbia

A beautiful farmhouse in a structure with stone walls located apoca distance from the course of the Trebbia in a scenic area, only a few kilometers from Bobbio. A rather isolated location and perhaps for this very suggestive. A kind of oasis in the middle of meadows and woods. The Welcoming is very courteous and the cuisine is tasty of the typical Piacenza tradition. From the fried dumpling to the coppa, bacon, pisarei, screaming tortelli, All very good and genuine, served with kindness and accuracy. It is really worth going there on purpose, leaving the road longer. Next time we want to experience the overnight stay to visit the area better

Beautiful oasis of peace

Located about 15 minutes from Bobbio, the property is surrounded by greenery and is housed in a renovated farm house.
The rooms are spacious and equipped with the main comforts: the view of Val Trebbia is spectacular
The managers are very kind and welcome you as family.
Varied breakfast, with desserts prepared on site.
The restaurant presents an offer based on traditional Piacenza dishes, from cold cuts appetizers to typical first courses. Of note is the excellent self-produced organic wine

Promoted with flying colors

A few kilometers from Bobbio, lovely place, surrounded by nature. We stayed in room 1, comfortable beds , all very clean, we even had dinner two nights, very good dishes, super breakfast

Not to be repeated

Negative experience: only positive note the cleanliness of the room. The road to get to the farm is a single lane. If you cross a car coming from the opposite direction one of the two has to travel long stretches of road in reverse to find a way to get both through. The decor of the rooms is cobbled together, there is no air conditioning, just an old fan. The mattress was bad, as soon as you sat it sank. Just enough breakfast: half the dishes were clearly old. No availability of products for intolerances: neither vegetable milk nor gluten-free products.
The icing on the cake the welcome of the owners. We were treated like guests
surprise and unwanted arrivals. Unfortunately we had a regular reservation and we also paid more than a hundred €uro per room.
At this price I think you can definitely find better. Probably even less.
