Recommended

The beautiful location is what strikes you on arrival and does not abandon you until departure, considering that the room also has a nice terrace with a view and meals are eaten in a lounge with large windows. The structure is also very nice and welcoming and every detail expertly studied. Also appreciated dinner with traditional country dishes and ingredients from the company or in any case the territory, grown organically. Sweet breakfast rather rich, with biscuits and cakes cooked by Giovanna, who does not like to call herself a cook but passionate about cooking.

Good

The location and structure of the farm is very nice, although further improvements could be made. The rooms are tastefully decorated, soft mattresses, large and functional bathroom, quality fixtures, maybe the blackout curtains could have been ...more blackout. Varied and good breakfast, with the only flaw that does not propose anything salty, or is just "sweet" with fruit yogurt and cereals.
One aspect that leaves a little dazed is the insistent proposal of the dinner, with rigid hours that imply a little freedom of their free time, and a menu ... all to be discovered. Overall, good.

Excellent: the farmhouse, the views and the guests!

Relais Sant'Ambrogio Agriturismo was fantastic. Who would have guessed that Bobbio is such a picturesque area of Italy? Maybe many, but certainly not us. We were simply amazed by the beauty of this valley and, once we arrived at Relais Sant'Ambrogio, we were again enchanted by the breathtaking views and beautiful accommodations. Our room was in a traditional style, full of antique furniture and furnishings, just like the common areas of the building. Our hosts, Giovanna and Paolo, made our experience even more special. They were very friendly and helpful. Paolo helped us in a thousand ways, serving us meals and explaining how things worked in our rooms, while Giovanna turned out to be a fantastic cook and pastry chef! In the evening we were served a delicious dinner at a private table right outside our room. And the next morning, we were served a delicious breakfast in the dining room: everything was homemade by Giovanna. Thanks Paolo and Giovanna, we enjoyed our stay so much!

At the top of a hill, away from everyone, the two owners welcome you and let you into their house. Every corner is thought, every object exudes history, the gastronomic experience that is decidedly superb and curated brings you back to the pleasure of genuine food as it was once done.
