Hotel

We are really enjoyed about stay in this cozy place. Moderate house with very clean rooms. Full equipped kitchen, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, corkscrew ;)
Two double beds are seriously large and comfortable :)

UNHYGIENE AND UNRECOMMENDABLE PLACE

Located in an unrecommendable place and dangerous terrible location although the nearby station poor cleaning on the sheet you find bloodstains, on the ground and on the furniture full of dust. Images different from what we found, with low light

Great accommodation with excellent transport links

There were 13 family and friends altogether in our party, and the accommodation was just perfect. Each appartment was self-contained with high quality fittings and fixtures, air conditioning - and in the case of the bungalow, a roof-top terrace. The nearby train station takes you directly to Bologna Centrale in around 6 minutes and we easily managed to visit Venice, Rimini, Florence and Ferrara, amongst other places, booking train tickets with the Trainline.eu app. Anna and her family (the proprietors) are great hosts and very knowledgeable and very helpful with sightseeing tips and hotel reservations. We would love to return some day to visit the myriad of places we did not manage to fit into our stay. Arrivederci and grazie!

The nice place

The apartment is very cosy and nice. The place is quiet and wonderful!
Every time we come here we stay in this place.
Anna is very careful and responsive!
The apartment has everything which is necessary and which helps you to feel like home!
We recommend to choose her place to stay!

Perfect apartment for family in Bologna.

We are family (2 Children). We've chose this apartments from booking.com because :
1. parking safe and free
2. near train station to the city
3. reasonable price
Before we came, we got an email which explained clearly direction and how to enter the apartments.
When we've arrived, we were surprised that the apartment was so beautiful!
More than we expected. We like it very much!
It's very safe (in calm area), clean and provided all we need : strong Wi Fi signal, TV, dining table, stove, kettle, cutlery, microwave, and big fridge. In the bathroom we can find hairdryer, washing machine, and clothes horse. All complete.
The apartment area was decorated by beautiful Christmas's ornaments, which made us feel warm and feel like home.
Our host, Anna came to greet us and she explain the supermarket, pizza restaurant, train station + its timetable. All are in radius 200 m.
She provided city map, train tickets, and answer our questions.
Anna is very friendly and professional host! We are very impressed with her and her parents in running their business wholeheartedly.
Our children were sad that we stayed only 2 nights and had to go to continue our trip to another city.
For sure we will come back!
