Nice.

Great bed and breakfast centrally located in Bologna with an excellent view.
As value for money it was the cheapest we found in the downtown area (700 euros in two for four nights).
Generous coffee capsules offered at will and excellent breakfast tokens, one per day.
Comfortable beds, although sheets and blankets a bit 'so acrylic (I had fun with my lady to do Electro).
The only flaw of the stay and 'was that unfortunately from the toilet or shower came the smell of sewer and this has absolutely not ruined the stay, also the owner, notified by phone, and' immediately took care to do something with it.

Nice owner. Cozy room although small.

Room in the central area, clean, quiet, with kettle, coffee and refrigerator service outside the room. The manager Stefano was very kind selling to meet my needs, allowing me to leave the room beyond the established time. In the end he even offered me breakfast at a great bakery!

Suitable only for young and very young people.

Some rooms are really cramped, we came across an even horrible one because above the bed had a kind of oppressive closed canopy. Cleaning at first glance looks good, but then using a stricter eye leaves much to be desired. The location is very central, and the prices are a bit high compared to the standard of the structure. It is recommended in my opinion only for young people who adapt a little to everything.

Not Nice

At 258 euros this place is probably the worst value for money we have experienced in 7 weeks of travelling. The room was tiny, with worn out linen and towels. There was absolutely no amenities in the room. There was an option of making tea and coffee at the reception desk but no milk !!!!!
And it's clearly not a real Air B&B but a low cost hotel.
Avoid !!!!@@

excellent holiday to remember and repeat soon

excellent solution for a short holiday!
Excellent welcome, courtesy and availability of the owner, the collaborator was very kind upon our arrival.
Convenient and comfortable rooms, quiet, with a pleasant view of the small square.
Strategic location, adjacent to the historic center, very convenient for any daily itinerary, walking in the historic center.
Excellent garage solution (guarded) at 100 meters.
