Exceptional modern apartment in lovely old building great location,very clean good air conditioning,no noise,spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped. Claudia friendly and helpful even booked taxi for us to airport

Cute, friendly, well equipped
Decorialab is one apartment divided in two sharing only the main entrance. We stayed at the large studio (the “pink” one). Both bedroom and dining room were spacious. The bathroom is small but comfy. The apt was always warm, there was always hot water (the boiler makes quite a noise at night), the kitchen is very well equipped, the bed is very comfortable and the Wi-Fi is excellent
The location is very good: the aerobus stop is on Via die Mille –a 200m short walk, the train station is less than 10 min walk away and the city centre is less than 15 min away. The supermarket is near and we really enjoyed Mercato del Erbe.
We are more than grateful to Claudia for her smile and for arranging us an early check-in
Although situated on a busy street the apt is very quiet. BUT: there is a big soundproofing problem with the attached apt. You can hear everything (even the guy’s snoring!) So it really depends on what neighbors are staying next door. Imagine the situation when the couple next door had some friends over Saturday late afternoon.
Overall, a good value for money choice that we would recommend

What a great place!
Very nice little studio with all you need, close to supermarket, cafes, restaurants and at about 1km walk to all the tourists sites. It's on a busy street but the window opens on a quiet little garden.
Very easy to get the keys and very receptive to all our needs.
We would return there any day!

Un'ottima soluzione
Il decorialab è un bilocale composto da cucina abitabile con tanto di lavatrice e un divano sul quale poter leggere uno dei libri presenti in struttura, bagno e camera da letto matrimoniale.
L'arredamento è molto bello; alcuni dettagli di stile lo rendono davvero carino e accogliente, diverso dai soliti b&b. Il letto è molto spazioso e il materasso davvero comodo. Nella cucina sono presenti le stoviglie e il microonde e il necessario per una colazione velocissima (caffè, the, zucchero e spezie per cucinare), ma a soli 300 metri circa si trova la Coop! La posizione è ottima: a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, a una decina da viale indipendenza. La zona fiera è raggiungibile in 15 minuti circa e la fermata degli autobus (ad esempio il 28) è di fronte il portone! Dista una quindicina di minuti in auto dall'aeroporto (il taxi costa intorno ai 15 euro) e 20 in autobus (c'è il servizio navetta al costo di 6 euro che porta alla stazione fs). Noi ci siamo trovate benissimo per tutte le ragioni descritte sopra e, in più, la proprietaria è davvero gentile e disponibile: se non siete mai stati a Bologna, vi spiegherà praticamente tutto ciò che dovete fare per andare dove desiderate! La zona è tranquillissima e vicino c'è il "bar del porto" che offre una vasta varietà di dolcetti e cibo salato

appartement bien situé, accueil sympa, belle chambre calme
pas loin de la gare (navettes aeroport) et d'un supermarché, à 10- 15mn à pieds du centre et de tous les restaurants et sites.

juste le salon cuisine étouffant car sans clim ni ventilo en Aout! seul point à améliorer, heureusement, on était en vadrouilles tout le temps.
