Beauty and hospitality
Pleasant stay in two stages in a beautiful nineteenth-century building in the historic center of Bolsena, with room overlooking Corso Cavour and a picturesque view from below of the Castello district. Elegant but sober and tasteful, silent and fragrant, without any concession to the flashy. Awkward mid-term check out definitely mitigated by the generous availability of managers Domenico and Luigina, always careful to make the guest feel at ease. Providential bike parking in the entrance hall. Certainly the first of subsequent visits.

Room out of time. Mended towels.
Unlikely bathroom, there is no shower, and not even a curtain to avoid splashes, the drains evidently do not work properly and give off unpleasant odors.
Room facing south west, so very hot, also because they did not take care to leave the windows closed; room equipped with a fan for which they ask for a surplus of 5 euros.
Manager who only after a request made the receipt for what we had paid as an advance.
Positive note: a beautiful terrace, very well equipped.
The potential would therefore be there, but it must be cultivated.
62 Eur, without breakfast, not well spent; during this cycle trip we spent less with better services.

Clienti non obbiettivi, se permettete nostro diritto di replica.
Camera scelta preventivamente con invio sms e specifiche, (ANCHE VENTILATORE) con cose in dotazione e carenze struttura, sopratutto la stanza rimane in linea con lo stile ottocentesco del palazzo.
Asciugamani no comment...
Bagno normale con box doccia privo di tenda e con scarichi che funzionano benissimo e controllati constantemente e minuziosamente.
Camera esposta a sud ovest, ma dotata di ventilatore professionale a parete, per il quale si richiede costo extra pari ad € 2.50 a persona.
Anche se la matematica non è il vostro pezzo forte e pari alla vostra orripilante recensione, si specifica che avendo Voi usufruito di scontistica camera pari a € 5.00, se chiedevate il ventilatore il tutto era di conseguenza a costo gratuito, proprio per trattarvi nel miglior modo possibile.
Per il tentativo di ulteriore scredito al nostro operato, le rammentiamo che il gestore ha fiscalizzato sin da subito 2 scontrini fiscali regolari pari ad € 30.00 (1 Caparra + 1 Saldo finale) ed 1 pari ad € 2.00 tax il suo pernotto pari ad € 62.00.
Capirà che prenderle il pos per far saldare rimanenza, timbrare sue credenziali, spiegargli dove visitare i luoghi a Bolsena e indicargli presa per ricarica bici ( Ricarica a costo gratuito) contemporaneamente , qualcosa sfugge, e non è come da voi pensato occultato.
Le favole le lasci raccontare ai cantastorie, qui si lavora dal 1942, nel rispetto dei regimi di sicurezza e fiscali, e se lei allude ad evasione del fisco forse ha sbagliato persone e struttura.
Nota positiva:
Fortuna che clienti come voi vengono classificati nella minoranza del nostro profilo.
L'intelligenza quindi ci sarebbe, ma oggi come dimostrato è un optional che non hanno tutti e che va coltivata azionando il cervello prima di scrivere giudizi lesivi che rimangono di pubblico dominio.
62 Eur, senza colazione, anche'essa specificata in sms, sono in linea con il territorio bolsenese.
Durante questo cicloviaggio avete speso di meno con migliori servizi e allora vi domandiamo e ci domandiamo, ma
perché sul vostro profilo è scritto che alla tappa precedente di San Quirico D'Orcia avete speso 90.00 € con prima colazione, e presso di noi 60.00 senza prima colazione, e poi scrivete che avete speso meno altrove?
Che comicità...

Prezzi offerti da ostello e pretese in loco da hotel a 5 stelle...
Noi vi perdoniamo e vi consigliamo che giunti in un luogo se lo stesso non rispecchia le vostre esigenze costo beneficio l'unica soluzione è andarsene altrove con relativo rimborso.

Horrible.
Horrible service. After attempting to extort a good review in exchange for the agreed-upon refund, the owner constantly harassed me on booking.com for the following two days. Incredibly unprofessional.
Don’t use any booking agency, nor their website, or they’re guaranteed to attempt to bait-and-switch the room you booked with a cheaper option.

This group has never stayed at our property!
The room is certainly used for 2, 3 or 4 people but that is the maximum capacity that it can contain, not the purchase of your paid reservation for 3 people, they are two distinct things that you still pretend not to understand.
We'll explain better.
1 double + 1 single is considered a triple room.
If you needed three separate beds, you had to inform the management in advance that they would prepare 3 single beds for you and divide them between them.
You showed up in an arrogant and presumptuous way on site with the expectation of adding a third single bed without wanting to pay the extra service.
You were first warned but then you continued to cause problems, so the management wisely removed you from the facility and also refunded you.
Not happy, you have left 3 negative reviews to which we respond as we are entitled to.
Furthermore, not yet happy, you disturb us at absurd times and via booking messages, calling us idiots, rats and incompetents and wishing us harm.
This is not about who is right but about respect for roles.
Sometimes it's understandable that we can't please everyone and welcome positive and negative reviews but you as a customer have crossed the line.
Finally we conclude that for us not having hosted you was not a loss but rather a gain.
You continue to insult us via the internet because we think about guaranteeing serenity, tranquility and respect with the people we receive at our facility.
The booking was processed for 3 people and 3 seats were guaranteed.
The fourth as a supplement to sleep more comfortably elsewhere we don't know but here you pay.
