'After' experience in the mountain village

Modern and cozy structure with some strengths, shame about some poor services and an embarrassing cleanliness
I found the bathroom with beard hair on the sink and various hair on the toilet, a couple of hairs on the surfaces of the room (desk and bedside table) as well as dust on the same.
After a further cleaning on request, I had to request another one as the bathroom still had hair and the disposable glass in which the toothbrushes are put and on which there was beard hair had been rinsed instead of changed with another.
The owner's justification was that the previous tenants had probably returned after Check-out. We were also told that if this did not go well we could leave (note the total lack of basic hotellerie rules because there were excuses doors even with difficulty).
I think it is an embarrassing motivation and it aggravated the situation even more because it is not possible for guests to return to a room after it has been cleaned.
Another service I did not appreciate was the lack of air conditioning, which although known at the time of Reservation, it would be desirable to fit as the windows do not have mosquito nets and the rooms are on the top floor therefore exposed to the sun all day. In addition, the structure is on the village square, where young people meet making noise even until 3 am (without considering the music that is sometimes played at the restaurant under the structure.
The structure is contemporary, with wooden furnishings that fit well into the mountain context. There is an elevator and a common area where breakfast is served and where there are maps for excursions in the area. In this common area, however, it starts to make noise even early in the morning (we asked for breakfast at 05:30 and, kindly, was served) and this could disturb those who sleep. All it would take is to keep your voice down.
Breakfast is one of the strengths: varied products both sweet and savory, with fresh bread and fruit and the possibility of having a lunch basket made. All with a valley view. Very good location that, although it is on a mountain, offers a beautiful view of the valley and the opportunity to make easy itineraries in the surroundings that also lead to interesting farms.

In the square below there is a small supermarket, a bank and a fountain.

Fantastic location with lots of friendliness!
On a more positive note, the breakfast is truly fantastic, comparable to a 5 star hotel!
We will return maybe for several days!
