Bad experience

In Nola for work , a client of mine (thinking of doing something nice for me) booked me a suite in this hotel . From the outside the hotel looks good with a modern structure , as soon as I entered my “suite” I wanted to change hotel but by then it was late and I was tired. Apart from the preeminence of a cot in the room without it being required, the bed had only the duvet without over blanket and without even the duvet cover and I very much doubt that the duvet was washed at every change of customer. Under the sheet there was the “topper” which consisted of a layer of foam rubber 6/8 cm high without any protection (see photo), so receptacle of any dirt . the French door of the room overlooked a terrace in common with the other rooms so to have a little ‘privacy you had to keep both the curtain and the window closed and in the room there was an ambient scent that mixed the room with a nauseating smell. The decor of the room consisted of low-quality furniture mixed with furniture from the 70s-80s from some apartment that had nothing to do with the rest of the furniture. Also in front of the bed there was a two-seater Jacuzzi with a mirror whose cleanliness left much to be desired and a huge built-in shower that could accommodate several people. Bad experience, practically a nightmare

New hotel with great value for money

Great hotel, new and very nice. The highlight are the rich breakfast and the courteous and professional staff. Recommended for both work and vacation

Point of reference

A hotel in an optimal strategic position for those like me who work in Campania to commute (chosen for this the first time) that I have always reconfirmed for the extreme kindness of all the staff, which makes even a commuter feel a bit "like home".
also extreme cleanliness of the rooms and rich and varied breakfast.

A Great Place

I was very pleased with the accommodations at this hotel. The rooms were clean and everything worked. Best of all was the staff who were very helpful, competent, and friendly, I was especially impressed with one of the desk clerks, Angelica. While everyone was wonderful, she was really amazing. I highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to returning there next year.
