Perfect family stay in the Dolomites

Perfect family stay in the Dolomites!
We stayed at Hotel Rubino with our children for a few nights in August 2026, and it was a wonderful experience.
Location:The hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful town with stunning views. It features a very pleasant pool/wellness area and sits right by the river, offering direct access to a bike path. A ski lift, an amusement park, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and gelato shops are just steps away. It is also a very convenient base for exploring other locations nearby.
Room:We had a spacious suite with a balcony. The bed had a great mattress, and the linens and towels were excellent. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, though the bathroom itself could use a bit of an update.Food & Atmosphere:Breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety, featuring excellent pastries and tasty coffee. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and calm, mostly filled with families and couples.
Service:The staff is lovely and genuinely cares about the guests. They pay great attention to detail and do everything possible to ensure a memorable stay. Special thanks to the manager, Fabrizio, for his outstanding hospitality and care!The Dolomites will always stay in our hearts. We highly recommend this hotel!

Rubino in my heart

Simply magnificent, a place that stays in your heart, the best in terms of service, cleanliness, and friendliness. A special thanks to the Director Fabrizio Minnucci, a professional of excellence, of extreme kindness, with truly special attention towards the guests, an authentic rarity. From the first moment we felt like family, absolutely recommended.....we will definitely return.

We spent some wonderful days in this marvelous hotel in Trentino. The welcome was impeccable from the very first moment: the manager Fabrizio is a truly exquisite person, attentive to every detail and capable of making guests feel at home. A special round of applause also goes to the entire staff, exceptional for their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism.
A fundamental note of merit for the cuisine: we ate very well! Carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and a fantastic variety every day. A fantastic experience from every point of view.
Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience the Val di Fassa in the best way possible. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

We stayed at the Hotel Rubino Deluxe, located in a wonderful area, for 15 consecutive years. There must be a reason, right?! Once again this year, we found a staff worthy of a four-star superior hotel, always ready to satisfy our every request and led by Director Fabrizio Minnucci and Monica. Both are fundamental people, attentive to every detail, kind, and helpful. The Director then delighted us with his fabulous flambés, just like a true professional. We found the room very clean, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view. Sublime dishes came out of the kitchen. The dining room staff is very kind, attentive, and led by Monica. To relax after a nice walk, we had a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tub, sauna, and Turkish bath at our disposal. The Director was always present at all hours, giving us many tips, but always professional ones. See you soon!

An all round excellent hotel with 5* attentive staff

We just returned from a one week ski trip staying at Hotel Rubino. I travel for work a lot and i'd like to think i have a good benchmark for what good looks like, and i have to say this hotel is absolutely excellent. Its traditionally decorated but very well maintained, its clean within an inch of its life and facilities are excellent for the price point. The thing that makes this stand out above all else is the staff, the service was impeccable and often over and above expectations. The attentiveness is comparable to somewhere like the Savoy or Dorchester in London. If you're skiing the Rodella lift is approximately a 5 minute walk (in ski boots) away and the ski bus to the other stations is about the same. The half board food was solid and there was plenty of choice, you have the choice of a paid for a la carte menu if you want something more elaborate.
All in all this was excellent value for money and service and we will definitely be returning.
