Beautiful week on Elba
We stayed here for a week and had a very nice time.Our apartment was convenient7gand the location fantastic. We will come back. The apartment has a beautiful view and is quiet and centrally located on the sunny side.

NON CI SIAMO!
There is so much to improve!
We arrive at the reception and are greeted by Mrs. Gabriella who gives us some info, shortly after we are accompanied by a person named Uber (we were then able to be a member of the property, without saying goodbye tells us to follow him and always without speaking tells us where to park the car, moreover in a cramped position and difficult to maneuver .. scortessimo!
He looked annoyed by the presence of guests “Italians!”
Throughout the stay Uber came continuously to the residence and I never say never without a wave!
We stayed in apartment N7 on the first floor and unfortunately we found the following problems:
-Excessively hot water with no possibility of adjusting it except for a few hours of the day
-Ants constantly present on the sink and hob
-Air conditioning only in the bedroom, so those who sleep on the sofa bed in the kitchen are forced to sweat at night
I reported the aforementioned problems and the answers of Mrs. Sabrina were: I communicate to the maintainer that poor man did not have much chance to solve things
-Wi-Fi signal poor!
-It is sold as 100mt from the sea but actually are 300 and uphill / downhill.
-Common area with some games like table football and battered table tennis, completely dirty and badly maintained!
-I have other things to say but I prefer to stop here
I thought better, unfortunately it was not so!

Bella la vista, tuttavia.....
La bella vista mare è l'unica cosa che corrisponde a ciò che ho prenotato. Il wifi non regge una call, la tv non prende nessun canale tranne la RAI 1 perchè non c'è la scheda tvsat, necessaria sull'isola. La lacatrice è in comune. Nessuna dotazione aggiuntiva tipio asciugacapelli o ferro da stiro. La spiaggia non è accessibile dalla proprietà ma occorre percorrere la strada carraia. Consiglierei ai proprietari maggiore attenzione anche per i clienti italiani.

Mare e relax
Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per due settimane con la mia famiglia e il cane. Appartamento con due locali, cucina e bagno molto confortevole e pulito. Ampio terrazzo con vista mare dotato di tavolo, ombrellone e lettino prendisole. La cucina è ben dotata. Vicinanza dal mare 100 m ( spiaggia Morcone) . Area comune con tavolo ping pong , calcetto Balilla , tv e barbecue. Lavatrice in comune. Molto gentile la sig.ra Eva ( la proprietaria) e molto simpatico e disponibile il sig. Andre ( il manutentore del residence). Consigliatissimo.
