Fuoco Rooftop: the taste of Capri seen from above
We visited the Fuoco Rooftop at the Hotel La Palma and can say it was one of the most beautiful experiences we had in Capri.
The location is simply spectacular: elegant, refined, and with a unique atmosphere, right in the center of the island. Every detail is tastefully curated and makes you feel pampered from the first moment to the last.
A special thanks goes to Matthew, the manager, who with professionalism, availability, and great attention welcomed us and made us feel like truly special guests. Impeccable service, always present but never intrusive.
The cuisine is excellent: top-quality ingredients, refined dishes, authentic flavors, and well-presented plates. Every course was a pleasant discovery.
We had already had the pleasure of experiencing the hospitality of the Casa Tua group, and once again our expectations were greatly exceeded.
If you are looking for a place to have a complete experience made of excellent cuisine, impeccable service, an exclusive atmosphere, and true hospitality, the Fuoco Rooftop at the Hotel La Palma is an absolute must-visit.
Congratulations to all the staff: we will return with great pleasure!

Da quest’anno, il Rooftop e l’intera proposta gastronomica di Hotel La Palma sono affidati e gestiti da Casa Tua, con Casa Tua Restaurant, Mare by Casa Tua, Fuoco Rooftop e The Club, e siamo particolarmente felici che abbia riconosciuto e apprezzato questa nuova esperienza.

Dinner at Casa tua / fuoco rooftop
However, that was not the worst part. We ordered potatoes as a side dish. They tasted as if they had been pre-cooked and reheated before serving, rather than freshly prepared. They were completely inedible. After I pointed this out, the waiter admitted that they cook them in the afternoon and simply reheat them before service. This is absolutely unacceptable given the venue's location and prices. A 3 or 4-star hotel anywhere in Europe can serve a fresh batch of fries cooked to order in 20 minutes. It is absurd that a 5-star luxury hotel restaurant in Capri cannot manage to do the same. We will not be returning, nor will we recommend it to anyone. Stunning location, but the cuisine and service are simply not up to standard.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic team.
What truly made our stay special was the exceptionally friendly and warm staff. Helga warmly welcomed us, showed us the hotel, and provided us with many great insider tips for the island. One could immediately tell how much warmth and dedication she puts into caring for the guests. Matthei organized a boat trip for us that was perfect, and Claudia impressed us every morning at breakfast with her friendliness and excellent organization.
Throughout our entire stay, we felt completely comfortable, welcomed, and exceptionally well cared for. A hotel that we can wholeheartedly recommend and would visit again at any time.

Breakfast at The Palm Capri
I also truly appreciated the elegance and design of the venue, which create a unique atmosphere. I’ve also been at Quisisana and Tiberio Palace, both of which are excellent, but this place captured my heart. That’s why I kept coming back, time and time again.
