Good idea.....but.....
Small but clean pool.
Everyone is very kind.
On the negative side, the restaurant is located in the other building. Noisy, paper tablecloths, neglected service.
Beach service no. 5 is perfect, always kind and smiling.

Good but not great
Check-in was at 2:00 PM and despite having asked to do it earlier, the room was handed over to us at 2:00 PM sharp with the floor still wet
The price paid is not worth the services offered.
Very kind staff, but the cleaning lady was even kinder

Services offered are good.
I want to write a constructive review for the property by pointing out the negative things encountered.
1 the parking lot is for a fee!! $10 per day
2 We asked for availability and costs for a late check-out, we are still waiting.
Upon request, they asked for $60 for availability on Monday afternoon!! A bit excessive without lunch.
3 the breakfast!!!! Lots of sweet, little savory. Pancakes not found. Sunny-side up eggs cooked the night before!!! Always cold in the turned-off food warmer.
4 dinner . A very sore point of the stay. For the first courses I wondered if I was eating in Romagna or in a CAFETERIA in Milan . They looked like they had just come out of the microwave

A VERY POSITIVE note is the decently equipped gym but with the baby playroom right next door . Excellent choice.

We arrived on Thursday at 11 and had already communicated via message our desire to use the spa. We were told that there would be no problems, but upon arrival, the only availability offered was Thursday evening at 9:00 PM. We also asked about availability for Friday and Saturday, but did not receive a clear response.
Also regarding the beach service, we encountered some confusion: I had booked in advance and was given two different prices. Furthermore, after paying for the beach upon arrival, I was asked for payment again on Friday evening; only by showing the receipt was the situation clarified.
The dinner on the second evening was a bit disorganized, probably due to other events taking place at the venue. Moreover, the planned menus were not fully respected.
The breakfast was sufficient, but not particularly varied compared to expectations. Some common products, like Nutella, were not available.
Overall, the structure is pleasant, but greater attention to organization and communication with guests would make the experience significantly better.
