Amazing holiday!

This is the most beautiful hotel as the staff are so kind and caring, (especially Nadia). The facilities are unique. The views are 180 degrees and spectacular and the food is incredible. My only regret is we didn’t eat in the hotel more often as we felt we should be trying other places. When we come back, we will eat in the hotel more often definitely. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed and our large balcony had amazing views of the bay also, We could even see Vesuvius and the castle of Ischia. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.
The choice of the indoor thermal pool or the outdoor thermal pool gave great options but our favourite was to the 250+ steps to the tasteful jetty where we could swim in the sea and lounge on the sunbeds. This gave the holiday an an amazing dimension.
We took trips round the islands by boat several times and across to Procida. We also took the local efficient bus around the island, to various places and to and from the port. They ran every 10 minutes or so. Fantastic holiday- we loved every moment. So much to experience here. Thank you

Elegant seafront hotel. Great view, plentiful and varied breakfast.

It is a nice, elegant, multi-story seafront hotel located not far from the hydrofoil terminal in Ischia Porto.
The rooms are lovely and well-appointed, featuring a magnificent sea view.
It is truly delightful to step out onto the room balcony, featuring a large glass door, and enjoy the sunset.
The view from the poolside restaurant is equally charming, especially during the day at breakfast or lunch.
Breakfast is plentiful and includes a special section dedicated to Neapolitan pastries.
The hotel also features an indoor pool as well as spa and fitness facilities.
It has its own private sun deck with lounge chairs and direct access to the sea.
However, getting there requires going up and down a small staircase with many steps, which is perhaps the only downside.
We had a wonderful stay.
The staff were very attentive and helpful.

Beautiful view of the island, cleanliness is questionable.

My fiancé and I stayed here and paid premium pricing for the full ocean front room. The view was insanely beautiful and the staff was friendly but our room was not clean in the slightest. There was hair in the sheets, all over the ground, and in the shower. Our shower also had bugs in it as well as mucus from the previous guests (I guess?). We requested for them to change our sheets and they kindly agreed which was great! However, we also noticed ants crawling all over our room. Within 30 minutes of us checking in, we had to smash 15+ ants. Some even ending up in our sheets. When we told the staff about the ants, we were told “it’s normal” and that it’s because we are close to the garden. I asked to switch rooms that evening and was told they’d look if would be possible but was never told anything. The next morning, I woke up to find more ants in our bed and immediately went to the front desk demanding to switch rooms. They kindly agreed and were very helpful changing our luggage over into our new room! However, at this point ants had already gotten into our luggage and so we began to find them in the new room. We also noticed ants coming in through the balcony as well in this new room. The cleanliness of the new room remained the same with hair in the shower and bugs. I know we were staying on an island so bugs should be expected but sleeping with them in our sheets when we pay premium pricing should not be normal. Safe to say that we felt disgusting the whole time we were there between the random hairs and the bugs everywhere. I did appreciate the room switch and the upgrade they gave us and the staff was very kind. However, the cleanliness could use some significant work. My fiancé and I have since left and are visiting a different city and are continuing to find ants in our luggage.
The views of the hotel and the location is truly perfect! The staff is great and the breakfast they offer is wonderful. I just wish we didn’t feel disgusted every time we had go to sleep or shower.

A dream stay in Ischia! Impeccable management and passion.

Stunning hotel, meticulously cared for in every detail.
Rooms are spotless, spacious, welcoming, and have a breathtaking view.
Perfect location to explore the wonders of the island.
The owner, Mrs. Lina, is a delightful and very nice person.
Attentive to every guest with rare kindness.
Fantastic management that makes you feel at home right away. All the staff are kind, helpful, and well-prepared.
I will definitely return and I recommend it to everyone!
