A very nice discovery

A very beautiful hotel located across from the sea where we were fortunate to have a sea view room.
Very well located on a long pedestrian avenue with very beautiful fine sandy beaches.
Room quite spacious, clean, and well arranged.
Clean bedding even though the mattress is not firm enough.
Special mention to the restaurant and its team led by Grazia; thanks to her and her entire team for their availability, kindness, and professionalism, with dishes that are particularly good and well presented with table service.

Clean room but noisy, poorly soundproofed, charges a tax of €20 per day for entertainment and various positive points.

Does not deserve the 4 stars; entertainment is nonexistent, the pool is surrounded by green, and the bar often requires asking at the reception.

Despite a splendide beach and sea, under average services

The hotel has a very good location- just in the front of the sea, but a sad atmosphere, with under average services. The room was clean , we had fridge , AC( but we can’t stop it, something central. If you want not to use AC , just plugg off the card. And will have no electricity ). The bathroom was ok, the bathtube a bit old , but ok. We had liquid soap and shower gel, but no earbuds, no cosmetic tissues, no shower cap, we had washing basin but no solid soap…In room we had safe, nut if you want to use it- which is strongly recomanded, you need to pay 5 euro for a key. The hotel has parking, but you pay 5 euro/ day. The hotel has it’s own beach with umbrellas and sunbeads. If you want, and you want , need to pay a card of 25€/ day / room for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella. If you want to take something from the bar or beachbar need to charge the roomkey with money and pay with it. Need towels ? Ok, you can hire it for 15 €… Everything is paying extra, even the things that maybe not be payed…
The service at breakfast very poor- also there is a man who fry some eggs, we ask for omlette and he sent to restaurant , and after 20 min ( when nobodyexpecting) came the omlette. Otherwise, b reakfast very poor, a strage ham, salami and a yellowcheese. My daughter ask for a boiled egg and received a fridge cold one. There were some good pastries, very good coffee, and some jam and fruits. For someone who cannot eat carbohydrates it was hard.
On the beach- very unpolite personal.

Beware of the extra costs!!!!

Nice location of the hotel.
Hotel beach is very good.
An additional charge that is imposed on you: €20/day for a beach lounger, access to the pool, and entertainment even if you do not participate.
Entertainment after the meal is obsolete or even absent. A speaker placed on the table
Mediocre bar service except for Francesco (had to ask at the reception for a bartender, no ashtray available, glass measurements random depending on the bartender, no ice bucket with a bottle of Prosecco purchased...)
Paid parking and we are required to go to the reception to open and close the gate
Noisy room (713) thin partition
View of the garden with freight trains passing 200m from the hotel!
Average breakfast and dinner but very good service (Grazza)
Lack of management in the establishment

Perfect, I recommend 100%

We had a great stay at this hotel.
Very clean, the food was excellent.
Thanks to the whole team for their welcome
A nod to Grazia she was in the little care with us.
