Little paradise in the heart of Tuscany
This is the 5th time we have gone to Serristori and always with the same pleasure :-)
The hotel is ideally located to serve as a base for visiting Tuscany and Umbria.
The rooms are simple but large. The pool is magnificent. The restaurant is excellent and offers a choice from a light lunch to a good meal of local specialties.
It is above all the welcome that makes the difference. We find the same friendly team every year.

Nice discovery
Clean environment, kind staff, excellent services (large and clean pool, quality restaurant and good prices).
Convenient location for visiting Arezzo and its surroundings. Will return.

Body of a Ferrari but engine of a Fiat.
If the same care they have for the exteriors they also had for the rooms would be good and right. All sockets with small connection obsolete for years, large shower but eye on the door slamming on the bidet and eye on the water or cold shivering or boiling hot, hair dryer present but not efficient, 3rd bed under the TV and the boy is not happy x nothing, enough the Restaurant but caruccio is the chicken vallespluga just do not expect it, pool water despite 35 ° outdoors and frozen peak sun, sweet / savory breakfast 11 euros per head in the room, why not at the Restaurant?
We had to return 1 day earlier compulsorily departing at 6 pm they charged us for the night not used, their right but if they removed 50 € we were pleased and would have earned in gratitude but.......

la ringraziamo per aver condiviso una recensione così articolata: i commenti dettagliati, anche quando critici, sono per noi un’importante occasione di miglioramento.
Ci fa piacere che abbia apprezzato la cura degli spazi esterni, e del contesto generale: il Residence Serristori si trova in una cornice toscana a cui teniamo molto e sulla quale investiamo costantemente attenzione e manutenzione.
Siamo invece dispiaciuti nel leggere che l’esperienza in camera non sia stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Le sue osservazioni verranno condivise con la direzione, poiché stiamo programmando interventi di aggiornamento progressivi proprio sugli interni. Per quanto riguarda la doccia, ci scusiamo per il disagio legato alla temperatura dell’acqua: si tratta probabilmente di una regolazione che, se segnalata durante il soggiorno, avremmo cercato di risolvere tempestivamente.
Relativamente alla piscina, non essendo riscaldata non abbiamo il controllo sulla temperatura dell’acqua, ma comprendiamo che possa essere non di suo gradimento nonostante le alte temperature di questa estate passata.
Siamo lieti che abbia trovato il ristorante nel complesso soddisfacente e che il “galletto alla contadina” sia stata una piacevole sorpresa.
In merito alla colazione servita in camera, l’opzione nasce per offrire un servizio aggiuntivo e più riservato; è comunque a discrezione del cliente se consumarla in camera o all’aperto d’estate quando il meteo e le temperature lo permettono.
Per quanto riguarda l’addebito della notte non usufruita, comprendiamo il suo rammarico. Come correttamente indicato, la tariffa applicata rispetta le condizioni di prenotazione accettate al momento della conferma. Non sarebbe stato possibile per noi rioccupare la stanza dato il pochissimo preavviso; Ci rendiamo conto che un gesto commerciale avrebbe potuto essere gradito, ma cerchiamo di mantenere criteri uniformi per tutti i nostri ospiti.
La ringraziamo comunque per aver scelto il Residence Serristori e per aver condiviso la sua esperienza.
