Ultra poor customer Service and Communication
We never received a proper booking confirmation outlining the full and correct terms, only a confirmation of the deposit payment. In addition, the original offer is no longer accessible, as it was only available online.
When we asked for a refund of our deposit (EUR 500) due to this lack of clarity, the hotel refused and only offered a credit for a future stay, which was not a viable option for us.
Instead, we were asked to pay additional charges for our children, which effectively turned this into a significantly more expensive booking than originally expected.
Despite several attempts to resolve the issue in a fair and reasonable way, no solution was offered.
We remain open to resolving this matter and would appreciate a constructive response from the hotel.

Perfect stay!!!! I was amazed!! Congratulations!!!!
The food is really great, with dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and impeccable presentations. Every meal was a pleasure, from breakfast to dinner.
Special praise goes to the staff, always helpful, kind and professional. And I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, a really lovely person, hospitable and attentive to every detail.
Highly recommended. I will definitely be back!
