A short summer break

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and practical. During the first night we had an issue with the AC because it was not cooling properly. As soon as I spoke to the receptionist in the morning she was apologetic and offered to change our room to ensure that we are comfortable. These things happen and as much as the first night was not amazing, the way they handled it was excellent. The breakfast is also very good and varied. Vittoria (the receptionist) was particularly nice to clients.

Top notch

Close to everything (10 min from the train station, 5 min from the center). Hearty breakfast and very pleasant staff.

Excellent location and services

Very central location. Very kind staff. Excellent breakfast with real orange juice. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Air conditioning simple to use and functional for individual needs. Snacks, drinks, and useful basic necessities available at the reception. It is a 3-star hotel but with services of a higher standard.

Top service

In my opinion, this hotel is definitely worth the price, very nice and helpful staff, especially Giovanni. The room is manageable but nice.

A 3-star hotel at an inadequate cost.
Small room with numerous shortcomings.
I would not return.
